Latest Paranormal & Contemporary Romance Book Releases – May 27th 2014

<— This is the one I’m reading right now! 😀 MMA fighter book that was highly recommended to me by “early readers” and I’m enjoying it. It’s funny (he’s also a cop and their “initial” meeting had me snorting!!!), super-steamy, and light-hearted. I’m about 60% in and while I’m able to put it down (it doesn’t necessarily have that unputtdownable “urgency”), I am really liking it and excited to see where it takes me.

Plus, I highlighted a bunch below that look reeeeeeal good! Like: Down for the Count (another fighter book with lots of great reviews!!), The Year We Fell Down (unrequited love? It caught my attention a week or so ago and I’m thinking it’s perfect for me!), Sweet Destruction (he’s a very bad boy! Heartache is sure to abound), Desire & Deception (she’s on vacation, he’s in a Mexican cartel and she gets kidnapped), Tease (more unrequited love? One can only hope), The Perfect Affair (that title says it all…) and so many more. Yep, scrolling through the list, it would appear I’m being a book-glutton again, ’cause I highlighted a even more that are SO calling to me…

I know a ton of our fellow readers missed out on this deal. 23 books (and one of my FAVORITE paranormal romance series). Intense action, intense romance, and suuuuuper steamy!!
• A Life Less Broken by Margaret McHeyzer <— Louise recommends this one! “I just finished A Life less broken and it was a 5 stars! Very emotional very deep and very original! I advise you ladies to read it“
• Freefall: Custom Culture #1 by Tess Oliver <— Jessica recommends this one. She says: “The other night I stumbled upon a new little series I have enjoyed by Tess Oliver – it starts with “Freefall,” about a mute girl and a yummy tattoo artist who looks after his nana (what a combo .) The other two books “Clutch” and “Dray” follow on and continue the story from different yummy boy perspectives – Clutch is a car enthusiast and Dray is an amateur fighter. I really enjoyed them!” and Marilyn agrees: “Yes me too, I just finished Dray”
• All Lined Up: A Rusk University Novel by Cora Carmack <— Bargain priced, recent release and Jenn recommends it! “I just finished “All lined up” by Cora Carmack. Great book! I give it 4-5 stars!!”
• Just Destiny by Theresa Rizzo <— I just noticed this sad-sounding one. “Jenny Harrison made some poor choices in the past, but marrying Gabe was the best thing she’d ever done. They had the perfect marriage, until a tragic accident leaves Gabe brain dead and her world in ruins…“
• Coming Home by Priscilla Glenn <— MUCH LOVED by our fellow readers (I need to read it!!).
• Down for the Count (A Dare Me Novel) (Entangled Brazen) by Christine Bell <— Ooooooooh lookie-lookie at this FIGHTER book. I totally one-clicked this. “When Lacey Garrity finds her groom in flagrante delicto in the reception hall closet with her bridesmaid, she’s saved by her best friend’s older brother–childhood tormentor, crush, and boxing bad boy Galen Thomas.“
• The Year We Fell Down (The Ivy Years) by Sarina Bowen <— I remember this one’s blurb from a week or so ago, ’cause it gave me a bit of an excited *jolt*. And when Carla asked: “Maryse, have you read any good book with that “unriqueted love” feel lately? I’m craving it! But I can’t find a good one.” and Lori replied to her saying to check out this one saying: “Such a good book!” I got even more excited! “She expected to start Harkness College as a varsity ice hockey player. But a serious accident means that Corey Callahan will start school in a wheelchair instead. Across the hall, in the other handicapped-accessible dorm room, lives the too-delicious-to-be real Adam Hartley, another would-be hockey star with his leg broken in two places.
