Quite a few new series installments that have come out today. Like the latest from Samantha Young (Down London Road), and Kelli Maine (Taken by Storm). A new Joey Hill “Vampire Queen” release (Taken by a Vampire). Plus the last book in the Sookie Stackhouse series (Dead Ever After) was just released today, and while I can’t check out the reviews just yet (avoiding spoilers), the Amazon rating does not look promising. Eeeeeeep!!

Re: Princess & the Porn Star. (Spoiler for author’s previous book) I didn’t care for Damaged Goods because I just thought it was too much of a stretch to expect the heroine in the end to put up with the hero’s line of “work.” BUT, I thought for awhile that the adult film actor/actress would be an interesting angle for a book. So, I’ll at least try the sample!
I read down london road was so good. Going to give the princess & the pornstar a try. I really enjoyed damaged goods (was plesantly surprised by it).
Hiii!!! Regarding the Sookie Stackhouse ending , I loved it!! I don’t think it could have been better , The one she ended up with was the perfect one for her .I don’t think it’s fair to judge the whole series regarding the romantic choices the heroine does at the end. (It’s an urban fantasy , not a paranormal romance ) . It was a romantic pair foretold since the first book . Plus , the author has been preparing the readers for this ending a lot of books ago…
I love the author and I love SOOKIE and every wondeful characther Charlaine Harris introduced to us in this ten years . They will be miss!!
I have a date with Down London Road tonight. Yay me!:)
I’ve read Dead Ever after and it was an OK book. I didn’t Love it but I didn’t hate it either. I would give it 2.5 – 3 / 5.
Finished Down London Road in a day! I loved it!
I just finished Lost & Found by Nicole Williams. I absolutely loved it.
