in Latest Book Releases

It’s a release day extravaganza and quite a few of today’s releases were HIGHLY anticipated. And I mean HIGHLY!!! So much so, that the bunch of us had NO clue which one we’d be starting with today.

Jenn: Patiently, or not so patiently waiting for Jagged, Mine and The Edge of Always with no clue which I’m going to read first!

Kimberly:  Impatiently waiting and trying to decide between Always and Mine.

Jan: Can hardly wait for Jagged. I need a Kristen Ashley hit

Sarah: haven’t decided if I’m gonna start mine or jagged, then edge of always too, I just don’t know.

Jessie: Waitin’ for midnight for Cherise Sinclair’s If Only and Jamie Begley’s Knox.

Hehe. This is a GREAT problem to have, if you ask me. ;) So many awesome looking books to choose from, but when a few of ‘em rank equally in your next #1 TBR spot. FUN TIMES!!! So here they are, in all of their glory!

P.S. Let me know if I’m missing any or if you loved any. :)

BARGAINS:  (NOTE: bargain priced when I added them, but prices can change on Amazon, so make sure to check before you finalize your order).

  • The Mighty Storm (The Storm Series) by Samantha Towle <— one of my favorite rock star books to date (thanks Stephanie). Here’s my review. And just look at the love for this book: Sally said: “OMG Stephanie GREAT deal on GREAT book” and Sarah agrees: “Oh, I love this book! I think it might have been my first rockstar book. Jake is delicious!!!
  • Knights’ Sinner (The MC Sinners #3) by Bella Jewel <— back on sale right now! (thanks Jami!!)
  • The Broken by Ker Dukey <— Lori found us this one today! It hit my radar when I read the synopsis upon it’s release (a week or so ago) so this is exciting!!!
  • Taken (Give & Take) by Kelli Maine <—  (I liked it! See my review)
  • The Undisciplined Bride by Ginger Voight <— recent release by this author (Thanks Stephanie!)
  • Let it be Me by Toni Aleo <— this one hit my radar a few weeks ago, too (abused wife…)! (thanks Kathy!) I totally one-clicked it!! ;)
  • Dark Light (The Dark Light Series book #1) by S.L. Jennings <– another paranormal (book # 2.5 will be out very soon!). I’ve read both #1 (my review) & #2 (my review) (and I LOVED #2 like crazy!!!!) Here are my reviews of them both.
  • The Dark Prince (The Dark Light Series book #2) by S.L. Jennings <— I LOVED this one like crazy!
  • Bone Deep by Bonnie Dee <— another book that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED!! So different but intense romance nonetheless. Here’s my review.
  • Unteachable by Leah Raeder <—- (thanks Nancy!!) and Bobbi says: “And it is good!!” (here’s my review)
  • Emi Lost & Found Series by Lori Otto <— the entire series (3 books!) has been bundled and is on sale right now! Thanks Lori! Kandace says: “Lori LovesBooks, this is honestly my favorite series. I loved everyone in this series. It has been over a year since I read the books and I still think about them all.” and Sadie says: “Um, this is one of my favorite series ever! One of the best kept book secrets that shouldn’t be. It’s a wonderful story that will have you feeling every emotion and should be read back to back all the way through book 3. Go for it ladies!
  • Thrill Ride (Black Knights Inc.) by Julie Ann Walker <— (’cause it just had a new release below). Nancy found it, saying: “Thrill Ride (Black Knights) by Julie Ann Walker is only 99 cents. This is the 4th in the series, but these are usually pricey.”

Amy November 5, 2013 at 3:37 PM

Freaking the freak out here because I don’t know which one to start first, but I think TEoA is going to win. From what I’ve heard and read of it (tragedy, freaking really!?!), it looks like tonight is going to be a triple-M night for me while I’m reading it – martini, mani and manatee. Yes, Maryse, you’ve snuggled it enough. Time to share. ;)

Jean November 5, 2013 at 3:39 PM

Haha Amy, you are hysterical! I was thinking of drinking one of those 5-hour energy drinks to see if I could pull an all-nighter! So glad I am not the only one stressing over all these great books that are out!

Maryse November 5, 2013 at 3:41 PM

LOL!!! We need a picture of that, Amy!! ;)

Maryse November 5, 2013 at 3:42 PM

Yep, today’s list is INSANE!! :P

Amy November 5, 2013 at 4:41 PM

Ha, that picture would *really* be worth a thousand words and would make you all feel pretty sane. ;) I’m so excited to start that I’m giddy. Happy release-day reading!!

Cherine November 5, 2013 at 4:55 PM

Lisa Haines November 5, 2013 at 5:54 PM

Any of them like 50 shades other than Beth Kerrys? I like the office romance ones!! Love when you tell us what they are like “biker alert” That way we can go on to next one!! Thx

Anyone feel the need to retread the edge of never again before reading always? I feel like it was so long ago that I read it that I should start over! I did that with beautiful disaster, but then I think it made me feel “meh” about walking disaster because it was repetitive. But with wasted heart, I went back and read ruining me first, and it was great! So I’m torn! Thoughts?

Just finished reading Mine. Wow!!! Hooked from the start all the way through!!! Can I have a book hanger over already? I would have finished earlier if work and family didn’t get in the way. Lol!! Remy Remy Remy I will be dreaming of you tonight !!

Lindsay November 6, 2013 at 6:21 PM

Did y’all notice the slight price drop for Mine? Since the only thing I
I’ll be reading will be textbooks (booo!) I’ll be adding and purchasing books like crazy to my TBR! Until then, I’ll be reading vicariously through this blog and the readers recommendations! THANKS!

Ummm… So, I just started ‘Real’ last night after seeing the mayhem its sequel has generated. So this is what I’ve been missing? LOL Now I’m scratching my head, wondering why it took me so long to jump on Remy bandwagon. *fanning* I’m obsessed already, and hubby will have to endure another night of neglect for sure. Poor guy! =D

Georgia November 7, 2013 at 6:37 AM

So much to choose from…. Almost too much! Kristen Ashley of course to start with … Pamela Clare .. Love the I-Team series. If you have not read this series it’s soo good! Intelligent, sexy, very real. The author was an actual Denver journalist. Enjoy .. Thanks again for these amazing lists… It helps things in track!!!

Meek November 7, 2013 at 10:05 AM

Maryse im realy shoked by how many books youve read im fairly new to this genre but i already see to many simmilaryties in books like boy girl alternative first person love lust at first sight or love hate relationships theres always family drama and lots and lots of sex steem and angst and im a bit tired that most authors seem to involve rape in there storys i mean there are million other tragedies that can accure in a females life and to be honest my favorit story that delves deeply in to nature of rape isnt even a book its a tv siries Fatmagul un sucu ne which takes the subject very siriusly no steem there though only sexual akwardness sorry for ranting its just something i noticed in this genre that said im realy exited to read your Simmple perfection review this one is deffenetly more drammatic and heartbreaking and since you loved Tripp this one developes him more as a charecter youd love Sugartown if you are in to Biker romances though i loved the first part after the major plot twists in my opinion it started to drug got boring and i couldnt even understand half of the events dont to spoil anything but since you didnt like it Twisted perfection it one of insta lust love storys

lian92 December 14, 2013 at 3:06 PM
