Megan, I remember when you posted this on Facebook and I remember knowing exactly what part you were referring to. I think I had JUST read that book (beginning of this year?) and it was on the tip of my tongue who these characters were. I remember that scene, and I knew it was going to be sad when that movie was mentioned. And yet… like you, I couldn’t remember the actual book. And if I remember right, I LOVED that book.

This is driving me crazy! What book does the couple watch the movie The Way We Were? Its her favorite movie and he says his mom likes to bring movies to his apartment for him to watch. He ends up watching it alone when they break up. It was on tv this weekend and made me think of it!
