I read a book about a high school aged girl who used to play piano, but quit because her father had an affair with her best friend.
Her next door neighbor was a bad boy love interest, her dad took down the basketball goal because it made too much noise.
Please help me! It’s driving me crazy, and I want to read it again. It was awesome!

Chris: Yay, I know this one! Wild Reckless (Harper Boys Book 1) by Ginger Scott. Loved it, I may have to do a re-read now.

My goodness I was so focused on a different part of the question (the affair her father had – which I had forgotten about) that I completely forgot the whole “bully aspect” of her neighbor and how much she hated him at first. <— THAT was what stuck with me on this one. How infuriating he was, and how crazy I was over their interactions and the eventual slow burn. I remember one of the basketball scenes clearly now.
GAH!!! One of my all-time FAVORITES!!!!!! In fact, here is my Book Review.
