Just Remember to Breathe
This one ended up being almost everything I hoped for. It was another one of those introspective yetΒ gentle reads that still managed to deeply affect me. I fluctuated between moments of happiness, hope and delighting in their sweet moments, to sadness, and wondering if it could really ever… just “be”. And yet, I felt as if I had a deep understanding of where the character’s doubts were coming from. On the outside looking in, I could tell where they were hurting themselves, and in turn, each other. And yet, I would have likely been on that very same wavelength had it been me.

The Ultimate List of Military Hero Romance Books
Many of you have asked for a Military Romance book list, so here it is! As usual, this is a work in progress as I know there are TONS more books in this genre. I kept postponing this list, to keep adding more, but OMG I’ve just gotta publish it now, and and add to it while it’s live. This should definitely get us started! Plus, there are a few that are freebies today (listed below) and one that I shall be reviewing later today (Just Remember to Breathe) <—- that I loved!
Laura Kaye – The Hero Series Reading Order
YAY!! A military-themed series!! And I have a feeling I’m gonna love ’em considering a few of her other reads I picked up last year. I loved this author’s bad-boy tattooed short story called Hearts in Darkness. I read it and was absolutely smitten and wanting more by the end of that one. I picked up her vampire book (Forever Freed) and I quickly realized that her hero’s were totally my thing. And now I hear that her “Special Forces” series might just take the cake!
Suzanne Brockmann – Tall, Dark and Dangerous Series Reading Order
MILITARY ROMANCE ALERT and our fellow readers LOVE this author and her brand of alpha male heroes!!
Kelly: I have a few suggestions (for bad boys) in sub-genreβs you may not have tried. #1. NAVY SEALS- HOT alpha males!Β Suzanne Brockmannβs Tall Dark & Dangerous series is sooo good I think Prince Joe the 1st book in the series is my fave!
Elizabeth: Kelly was right about Suzanne Brockmann’s Tall, Dark and Dangerous series… Really good!
Melanie: oh, you have to put Suzanne Brockmannβs navy seals books there too!!! her books are the best!!!!
