Tempted: A Masters and Mercenaries Novella <— HE LEFT THE RANCH FOR THE CITY & HE’S A CELEBRITY’S BODYGUARD… and it is LIVE!! And to celebrate this release, Lexi Blake (as well as her publisher, 1,001 Dark Nights Press) are sponsoring today’s newsletter and we have a fun tidbit about who she’d cast!

So what’s it about?

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Lexi Blake comes a new story in her Masters and Mercenaries series…

When West Rycroft left his family’s ranch to work in the big city, he never dreamed he would find himself surrounded by celebrities and politicians. Working at McKay-Taggart as a bodyguard and security expert quickly taught him how to navigate the sometimes shark-infested waters of the elite. While some would come to love that world, West has seen enough to know it’s not for him, preferring to keep his distance from his clients—until the day he meets Ally Pearson. read more

M/M ROMANCE LOVERS, REJOICE!!! SO MANY WENT CRAZY for book #1, #2 is out, and a #3 coming too!

R. Renee: I’ve been reading Boyfriend Material all night and most of the day and I’m obsessed with it. Super heavy on the swoon meter! It will make my annual top ten for sure.

Michele G: I just downloaded Boyfriend Material…🙂 You’ve sold me!

R. Renee: I just finished Boyfriend Material and it was awesome!! Def a top ten pick for 2020. … I read and listened simultaneously. …This one caught me by surprise. It’s slow burn, which I’m usually too impatient for, but Luc and Oliver are so swoony I could read their pre-relationship banter forever. Bonus: they’re British, which makes for great audio! read more

ALL THREE CAN BE READ AS STANDALONES!!

I love this author’s psych-thrillers (here’s my review for “Beautiful Savage” sooooo clever and she’s the psycho-stalker obsessed with a guy!! LOL!), and Aimee in our crew really enjoyed this series too (not psych-thriller – this one is contemporary romance 😉 ).

Aimee: I liked Beautiful Savage so read this one by the same author! Loved it!! 4 1/2 – 5* I wanted to hate the heroine but she redeems herself. This is part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone! Sort of a slow burn romance, kinda enemies to lovers also. You need to read to see what you consider it!! 😂 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ read more

If you don’t mind I have another story which I forgot the book name.

The story is Heroine lives with her mom in America/ England. But she cames to know about her father/ grand father and decided to meet him. He used to live in western country side.

When heroine went to the village she cames to know that the person was dead. In that village she mets the Hero who is a local country side boy. He likes music and plays a instrument (sorry I forgot which instrument). Heroine spends some time in that country side village and loves Hero. But I think they are teenagers or young adults. read more

Reader Question… Solved! The biker book about the Prez who’s into the good-girl baker, but some in his MC don’t trust her…

Jennifer needs our book help! Groveling Hero alert!!

She asks:

Help!

I can’t remember an MC book title…

I remember that the  H of the MC (I think he’s also the Prez) is obsessed with the h. He sucks at relationships and he’s always quick to judge and let others bend his ear. I think the h is a baker and a quiet but good girl in the town.

He gets her to go out with him but eventually, something makes the club not trust her. But one MC brother does.

Anyway, she gets kidnapped by the H’s club and they rough her up and cut or shave part of her long beautiful hair. I believe the H was obsessed with her hair too. The one club brother who didn’t think she was bad news is able to prove she’s not and the H flips and runs down to the basement where she’s being held and roughed up- but it’s too late and the damage is done. read more
