Reader Question – The rock star romance where she goes on tour with them to keep them in check & they think she’s uptight…

June 22, 2025 By Maryse 4 Comments

Kara needs our book help! Okay so the subject sounds a little generic as this is a popular trope (she goes on tour with them for her job) but there’s plenty of detail below.

Also this is one of my favorite tropes but it’s 2nd best (to me) to the trope where “the fan meets the rock star at a meet and greet”, but I’ve read. bunch like this so I’m anxious to see which one it is.

She asks:

RE: What’s the name of that book?

Hi,

I often read some of your book recommendations from your blog! I’m not sure if I found this particular book from one of your suggestions or not but there is a good chance that I did. I absolutely can’t remember the name of it. I’ll post the plot below.. read more

Reader Question – The biker book where he claims her and forces her to get his name tattooed on her…

June 12, 2025 By Maryse 2 Comments

Stephanie is looking for this one and it sounds tumultuous. Short and sweet in detail but just enough I’m sure, to spark someone’s memory.

She asks:

Help me find dark biker romance. I read this dark biker romance awhile ago.

The biker claims her without know and is super possessive and won’t let her leave him. He forces her to get his name tattooed on her (not tattooed by him).

She doesn’t know about tattoo until she gets there.

Anyone have a guess?

Aimee: I am not sure but I think something like this happens in Outlaw by Nicole James. read more

Reader Question… Solved! The second chance romance book where they’re dating but he keeps flip-flopping between her and his ex…

Christina needs our book help! This guy sounds like a JERK!! That said, considering they were young, maybe that’s okay and part of the whole “playing the field” era when they finally discover what they want. So I’ll give him a chance, I suppose. I mean… she DID sleep with his best friend so… LOL!!

This isn’t A Love Letter to Whiskey, is it?

She asks:

Help please!

Looking for a second chance romance book, that I believe is a prequel of the parents to daughters in a previous book. read more

Reader Question – The arranged marriage book where the main male character locks her in a drain system and she almost dies…

June 12, 2025 By Maryse Leave a Comment

Rin needs our book help! Eeeeep! This one sounds quiet dark just in that subject alone.

She asks:

Hi,

I am hoping you can help me find a book. It is a arranged/forced marriage book. I think mafia.

The female main character shoots one of her guards/household staff to escape and the male main character locks her in like a drain system/sewer system with rats etc.

She is accidentally/on purpose left there by the staff and almost dies.

That is all I can remember right this minute.

Thanks for your help. read more

Reader Question… Solved! The biker book where she runs away & ends up at an MC and bakes for them every morning…

June 4, 2025 By Maryse 4 Comments

VD needs our book help! I’ve had this question before, I’m sure of it. Sounds almost like a Kristen Ashley type of book, but now I need to backtrack and find the original question. But in the meantime, here it is again for us to guess. 😉

She asks:

I’m looking for a book where the female lead ran away from home because her father was going to force her into a marriage she absolutely didn’t want to be in.

And then she ends up at the Male lead MC where they accept her and she always likes to bake so she always bakes every morning and the entire clubhouse is obsessed with her peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. read more
