Reader Question: The book with the girl that wakes up from an accident…

Nikki is looking for help with a book title. She gave me a bit of the synopsis and wants to know if anyone knows what book she’s talking about. Unfortunately, I don’t know which one this is, but it does sound interesting!

I remember reading a preview for an upcoming book, in the back of another book I was reading and I don’t remember either book. All I can remember is that it was told from the perspective of the character who was waking up from some kind of accident and she (pretty sure it was a girl) didn’t know who the people were and she was convinced that they had the wrong person. I have read a couple of short stories in some of the anthologies and I have read more than one about witches and they have something to do with the Knights of the Round Table. King Arthur and the knights and witches? Do you know who writes these? When I read one I always mean to write down the author but then I get sidetracked and forget.

There is this book I read a while back and have forgotten it’s name. Maybe you can help me with finding out what it is.

There was an underground area where they could go to the other side and retrieve a valuable gem or stone. But it was done secretly by the government. The idea of the team was to stop the so called bad people from coming to this side. read more

I just received this question from a fellow book enthusiast who’s trying to find a book. I know for a fact, the minute she mentioned “talking car” I was out of the “help” loop. LOL!!

Maybe you guys know this book? Leave a comment if you have an idea:

“Hello Maryse,

I am trying to remember the name of a book I read.
It’s paranormal one
There is a talking car, witch I think with a mentor, vampire, fairy…and they are all working together…I think the setting is in Minnesota..there are more people…it’s almost as if this women takes in stray paranormal people
Any ideas?
I have Googled and also used Amazon to find books I have and books like that and still nothing jars my memory read more
