Basically…the guy saves the girl and they have a brief relationship/one night stand (I can’t remember) and they part ways. She finds out she is pregnant but never tells the guy.
Cindy is looking for this one and OMG it sounds HEARTWRENCHING!! Gritty, raw… and definitely a tearjerker.

1) I believe it’s an MC book

Heroine’s father kills the wife and child of a rich man (possible drunk driving) and is sentenced to prison.
The heroine lives her life and graduates college at which time she receives a ‘free vacation” to an island paradise”.
Unbeknownst to her, the rich man (I can’t remember his name) has paid for her education and the trip. He plans to kidnap her, make her “pay” for her fathers deeds and to impregnate her.
Ohhhh I LOVE human/ghost romance stories!!!!! In fact, I fell HARD for a Lifetime (or was it a Hallmark?) Christmas movie last year with this very same subject and was crazy for it! LOL!!!

All I can remember is that it’s a second chance romance and that they were married once so the hero is her ex-husband! It sounded so good but now I can’t find it on Goodreads!
