Following my heart, one book at a time...
Sri needs our book help again!!! It’s a rock star book, and she provides plenty of detail so I’m sure someone will know, however, I have “spoilered off” a section so those wanting to read it can go in blind… and the rest can scroll past the spoiler alerts and see if it’s the one they’re thinking of.
I love these reader questions, ’cause I either get to try and guess them, or I get a nice list of “guesses” that make me wanna read em!
Okay so Sri asks:
ROCK STAR ROMANCE ALERT!!! This series has been the star of two recent posts (a reader question post AND a reader confession post) and I just had to know more! And after reading the blurbs of each of ’em, these are RIGHT UP OUR ALLEY!!! And the author gives us a bit of her own insight saying:
“My entire Ashes & Embers rock star series is about girl-next-door types meeting one of the guys in this band (made up of brothers and cousins). All have a HEA and can be read as stand-alones, but better together. xoxo”
Molly was searching, and Kathy solved it!!!
And BECAUSE it involves a rock star, and I know there are PLENTY of us that are fans of that genre, I had to post it anyway. So if you’re looking for a new one, and haven’t read this one yet, maybe this is your next! 😀
She asked:
Molly: Maryse – I’m looking for a book I read 2-ish years ago. It finally showed in PA, and it made me think of this story.
This book is about a snow storm. The H/h get into an accident and end up stranded on a lonely road in ditch/snow drift. They spend the night together in his truck keeping warm.
SUPER-ANGSTY LOVE TRIANGLE ALERT!! She’s in love with a ROCK STAR & a lawyer, and the duet is NOW COMPLETE!!
Kristy: Torn Between Two is a phenomenal read. It’s in my top 10 favorite books EVER.
Cheryl: Saw that Choosing Forever goes live …and Torn Between Two will be on sale. Now I can start book 1!!
About book #1:
I believe in fairy tales — the kind where a knight in shining armor sweeps me off my feet. Coming from a broken home, fairy tales housed the hope I clung to. Never in my life did I imagine two knights coming into my life— two knights that wore very different armor.
ROCK STAR BOOK ALERT!!!
YAY!!!! I KNOW this one!! I read it. Very good, and was a HUGE hit amongst many of our fellow readers. And even if I can answer this one, I’m posting it anyway, in case someone here hasn’t read it yet, and is intrigued, or in case anyone else was trying to remember it. 😀
Hannah asks:
I can’t remember the name of a book I read.
It was about a depressed musician who quit his band after his wife died (suicide?). Now he sits in a diner staring at a chair all day.
