Book Review – Lick by Kylie Scott

<—- This is the stuff my rock star dreams are made of. WOW, you guys. I just couldn’t get enough, from start to finish this book OWNED me. Now, y’all know I am a HUGE Kylie Scott fan (her zombie apocalypse/steamy romance novels totally do it for me). But this one? The BEST of the bunch so far. 5 stars. I’m sayin’ it now for those who don’t wanna know anymore, and want to get reading.

I’ll admit, while I was VERY excited to be getting a new rock star book from an author that I already know I love, I simultaneously wondered if she could make a new rock star story stand-out amidst the huge slew of ’em already out there. Lily Graison – Wicked Series Reading Order

Oh yeah! More rock stars for us to *swoon* over!! I accidentally read book #3 in this series (real good, even for a short story – I still *felt* them), and I wasn’t in the least bit confused. But, I hear book #1 and #2 are even better, and I’m going to be backtracking to get the full “rocker” effect.

Olivia Cunning – Sinners on Tour Series Reading Order

The series that started me on my rock star book obsession!! Steamy HOT stuff, but there’s more to it! “Normal” girls and famous rock stars collide, and the readers get to indulge in all the exciting tour fun, groupie madness, emotional angst and heartbreak that one would expect in such a relationship (except, maybe it’s the rock star that gets his heart broken 😉 ). 100% guilty pleasure!!!

Book Review – Blindsided by Sayer Adams

Blindsided (With the Band)
Here’s another little treasure I found in my mad-search for rock star books, that kept me reading non-stop. No book reviews out there for it as of yet, but it deserves one, and bargain-priced for a good length e-read, it was well worth it. I loved it. Okay, maybe not “Rock Me” loved it, or even “Falling Star” loved it, but I was not disappointed. Oh and… is that a dimple I see in her cover rocker? *sigh*

Chelsea (a worldly, but young) travel writer is back in the United States (Seattle, to be exact) for two weeks to visit with her brother, before heading off to another far away land again. Living with the bare minimum (and loving it that way), her poor excuse of a car (a badly neglected ancient VW Bug) leaves her stranded on the side of a road on the outskirts of the city. To top it off, her cell phone has no signal. She grudgingly leaves her vehicle to look for the nearest house (in the rain), so she can call her brother to pick her up. read more
