I’m starting something new. 😉 I used to keep all reader questions for once a week (and post them on Thursdays) but I think it would be more fun to post them as I get them (so possibly even daily). It *could* get the book-guess to the asker quicker (plus a new possible book to read for us!!), AND we’d have a fun “guess the book” post more often to play with.

I love books about single parents, and this one brings to mind one of my absolute 5-star favorites, K.A. Tucker’s “Until It Fades” (though I don’t remember a bed and breakfast in this one). Here’s my 5-STAR book review.

Bettina needs our help! Oooooh what a convoluted story this one is, and I’m dying to know it, too!! Actually, it brings to mind a recent Colleen Hoover book that I loved except for the sons/emails part.

It is about a single Mom whose ex husband cheated with a friend of the couple. She was also married at the time.

Both couple’s had sons who were best friends until the son of the friend who cheated released all the emails between the cheaters to the entire town and the story blew up. read more

Now, this book’s an old one. I read back in the early-mid 2000s I believe it was the first book my mum told me to read as a kid and started my book addiction.

It’s a dual perspective book between mum and daughter. Mum is dealing with empty nest syndrome after daughter goes to university, gets a job in a bar I think and meets and falls for the grumpy owner. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by Trina, and I just saw a review that says this is NOT your typical romance and your heart will be torn out. EEEEEEP!!! And OMG BLURB JOLT on book #1 already. Oh yeah. I see how this has that super-angst potential. P.S. The series finale just went LIVE!!!! 😀

Trina: Marie Force did an early release of Finding Forever, Treading Water Series, final book 4. She just wanted to make her readers’ day better amidst all this uncertainty. And she did mine!

Jodi: I’ve read all of Marie Force’s books …there is not a bad one in the bunch. Check out The Wreck and the Treading Water trilogy. Those are her best IMO! read more
