This takes place in the US, (I think New England?) H and h are divorced and have a teenage daughter, of whom the H has custody. h had undiagnosed (at the time) mental health issues and abandoned the family when daughter was a baby. read more

I need your help finding a book. The book is part of the series which I think focuses on a security (?) firm.

Main characters were in love and together in college. I think he was a rookie police officer and had to shoot a person and couldn’t handle it so broke up with the heroine. She was pregnant at that time and didn’t tell him (or mb found out later, not sure). read more

Heather is looking for this book! Ooooh. A grandpa, huh? Interesting… After a few of the “silver fox” book covers I’ve seen, I’m thinking he’s not my usual “image” for a grandpa. 😉 So consider me curious!
