S.J. Frost – Conquest Series Reading Order

Highly HIGHLY recommended by my friend Jackie (when we were ranking our favorite heroes), and also recommended by SO many others (Amber and Lis to name a few more friends). Adamant discussions erupt in excitement when these guys are brought into the mix (note: this is GAY – m/m – rock star romance).

While Jackie was reading book #1 she emailed me and I knew EXACTLY how she felt:

Latest Paranormal & Contemporary Romance Book Releases – September 18th 2012

Today’s book releases! Including one of my favorite series, The Fever Series 5-Book Bundle bundled in a package deal. It’s a complete series (but OMG the cliffhangers were killer!! And I had to wait a year for the next release. Gah!!!!) LOL! Luckily, in this bundle you won’t have to wait for any of it! And what makes this series even better is the spinoff, and the author’s intention to revisit the main characters for more books in the future. Here is my review of book #1 if you’re curious. These books get better and better as they go and are so unbelievably addictive (but don’t venture past the first review until you’ve read each installment so as not to spoil it for yourself.) I’ve also added some YA in these, and a few that were released yesterday (some sexy Harlequin ones that look fun, and I believe may be re-releases, but still. The covers were steamy, so I added them in the bunch!) read more

Behind The Books – An Interview with Tina Reber

We’ve had quite the “highly anticipated” Love Unrehearsed read-fest, together haven’t we? What a blast this has been. The giveaways, the teasers, and now one more giveaway and a fun conversation I had with the author herself!

She is funny, sweet, down to earth and can write one heck of  a love scene! She has created the ultimate romantic hero, but with just the right amount of realistic “guy stuff” to make him the perfect book hero, for me. A bit alpha, a bit silly, a bit obnoxious, a bit jealous… no matter how famous he is, we get to see his “real side” and I delighted in exploring that part of this love story. That “what if…” dreamy fantasy turned reality, and the realization that there’s a lot more reality than we expected.

But Tina let’s us in, and boy do we get some some fantastic behind the scenes stuff!! *squeeee

Maryse: It’s a good day today, Tina!! I wanted to congratulate you on your huge success for the Love series. 🙂 Did you envision this amazing response? Getting signed with a huge publisher? How much has your life changed since you first sat down to write their amazing love story?

Tina: Thank you!! No, I am completely and utterly overwhelmed. There is a secret part of me that hoped and prayed for this but never did I imagine it would come true. Going from self-publishing to traditional has been an experience which came fast.

Raine Miller – The Blackstone Affair Series Reading Order

Here is a series that has been recommended quite a few times over the last week. If you ask me, I’d say it certainly has that “Bared to You” feel. So if you’re looking for more, this might be it!!

Tiffany: So I got a Recommendation on my Kindle account and I found Naked The Blackstone affair part 1 by Raine Miller and I am LOVING it…Pretty Hot. and sexy…Its Good!! I never trust the comparison thing to Fifty and its not like Fifty but it has the same older guy ..Younger woman kinda feel…Give it a look if you want your heart to skip a beat while reading…LOL!! read more
