Oh boy!!! It’s Friday the 13th!! Hopefully along with out romance books, I can find a few awesome-sounding creepy/scary ones too. 😉

Nancy: My 5* Review: ACCIDENTAL KNIGHT was one of those books that I love to read. The writing was wonderful and I didn’t want to put the book down till the very wonderful ending. The characters were all types of many personalities.

The best was the super horse named Edison. Without Edison and his heroic actions, there would not be as wonderful of an ending.

Lisa M: I just finished A Deal with the Devil. Loved it!! I couldn’t put it down. The banter was hilarious. I’m not familiar with this author either. The next one sounds good too.

Fiona: Yes I read this its brill…like a swap; one is a famous singer and the other sibling owns a bar…this book is about the singer who swaps with her identical twin and falls in love with the President of the MC who wants to buy her bar (but its not her bar its her sisters!!) …she has a stalker too…

the second book is out in early September re the other sister and her escapades as she goes in her sister’s place to sing in Vegas…good…

Nancy: AFTER THE RAIN by Renee Carlino has been in my Wish List a longtime.

Michelle F: Read After the Rain yesterday and enjoyed it. It was moving and poignant and definitely had me crying more than a couple times, but the end felt a little disjointed.

Carrie: I just finished Still Beating by Jennifer Hartmann – amazing!

Tena: Tempted by Deception by Rina Kent. It’s a trilogy, this is the second book and it’s really good.

I look at some of these blast from the past and am shocked by how many years has passed for some of them.

Finished the last Baz and Somon book. It’s bittersweet as it was a good ending but I’ll miss them. I’d love a glimpse into the future.

Now reading I wish You All The Best and Fall. Well, and a personal finance book and one on habits, but these I just read a section to a chapter at a time.

Has anyone else read The Boy and His Ribbon duet!?? Such an engrossing and unique story!!
I wasn’t prepared for how bittersweet!! Can’t remember the last time a book made me sob so hard!! Maybe The Nightingale?

I have just finished reading Still Beating by Jennifer Hartmann and before that I read her latest release, The Wrong Heart. They were both incredible emotional reads! If you want to experience feels and epic love stories then these two books are a must read! This is a new author to me and I am so in love with her flawless writing and storytelling.

You wont be sorry, it was not dark like Still Beating but it had all the feels and you will fall in love, as well as cry your eyes out with this flawed and heartbreaking story of love! I look forward to hearing your thoughts once you have read it:)
