Following my heart, one book at a time...
Hrmmm… this one sounds sort of like a recent reader question that we were able to answer. I’ll look up our reader question archives, but maybe this isn’t it, and someone here knows which book we’re looking for!
Blaine asks:
“I can’t remember the title of a series I read a while ago. It starts out with a girl running from her schizophrenic brother and a rich guy in a limo finds her and takes her back to his house to recuperate.
Thanks.”
Sounds a bit scary!!! Anyone know this?
Oh! This one has been asked quite a few times over the last year!
Joy sent us the most recent inquiry… and I’m working on getting an answer (but I *think* we may have it, below).
She asks:
“Hi Maryse, I buy most of my books from Amazon.
I noticed that books cost more sometimes on iBooks and Google Books. What I have learned from browsing iBooks is that more pre-orders are available on iBooks than are on Amazon.
I realize that some are exclusives and that you can also get novella exclusives for some book series such as Pucked. For example, Tijan’s Anti-Stepbrother was available for pre-order as a paperback but did not go live as an ebook until it’s release date on Amazon when it was available as an ebook pre-order on iBooks.
Gritty biker book lovers (and better yet)… Lauren Gilley LOVERS!! Did you know this one was coming out?
Did you know that it’s LIVE right now??!!!
Jan: Maryse have you any inside info on when Lauren Gilley’s new Dartmoor book, Loverboy, is being released? It’s supposedly this week, but there is nothing on amazon yet…… It sounds pretty angsty, but I love this series and can’t wait for this new one. I will grin and bear the pain……..
Maryse: Oooooh Jan! I will look into this!!
<— BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!!! Lost In Rewind (Audio Fools Book 3) HAS JUST GONE LIVE TODAY and I know we have some DIE-HARD fans of this series right here on the blog!
Lauren: Love in Rewind is in my top 10….top 5….all time favorite books. If you haven’t read it….READ IT NOW!!!
Lee: I have been begging you to read it since Fo-evahhhh!! If I’m not wrong I recommended it as a must read the moment I finished the book and that was May LAST year!!… Come on guys… lets all be the Rewind team… let the new kid pick the book!!! #puhhhlease #LetsmakeLeehappy
Shadowed: Brides of the Kindred book 8: (Alien Sci-fi Romance)
Review by Johanne Pearl Couturier
Oh this one is full of action!!! I read it in 3 days BECAUSE I was real busy or else, I would have done it in one day! I wanted to know what would happen next.
Reddix strikes a very bad deal with a witch… and he’s ready to do unthinkable things to cure himself. But when you get why he wants to be cured… well even the lady he kidnaps to fulfill the deal with the witch understands! But then again, beautiful Nina is so nice and has lots of empathy for the people around her. Her character seems too good to be true but I knew someone like her and it is just the way they are.
