Book Review – Anything but Minor by Kate Stewart

Anything but Minor
Fun and sweet and laugh-out-loud hilarious! And I mean FUNNY!!!!! This is the kind of book that will have you snorting and chortling, scene after scene, out loud, right in front of people, strange looks be damned! While I was mostly in it for the romance, it was the absolutely the comedy that had me hooked and it lasts for the whole first half.

The initial “meet-cute” between the two main characters, to just us (the reader) getting to know the heroine, even when she’s alone in her apartment, she’s just a lighthearted, positive, silly goof (in a good way!!!) that endeared her to me. She realizes why she is so interesting to her creator, Titus, that no good, stone hearted, absolutely freaky I want to rule the universe son of a b… (yes, you guessed it… I totally hate him!). She seems to be different from the first imitations… she is a deviation. read more

Reader Question – The vampire book about the love triangle between the girl and two brothers…

By 9 Comments

Tee hee! Almost sounds like Vampire Diaries, er… minus the bar and the band part. 😉 But I’m definitely intrigued (and both those names say something to me, as if I’ve already read these, but I think I’d remember the premise). So maybe someone here knows for sure?

Kelly asks:

“Looking for a book: I read a vampire series last year about a girl and 2 brothers. I think the brothers names were Asher and Jackson. Asher owned a club and Jackson was a lead singer in a band. H worked at club but there was a love triangle between them. read more
