Following my heart, one book at a time...
<— WHOA!!! It’s gonna be a show!!! 😀 NBC bought it!!
Susan: Wow!! Now I am going to have to read the book. Since this is the only book in the series I wonder how this is going to go?
Milissia: It’s a JR Ward book so to answer your question it should be amazing.
Carol: That is awesome. The book had such a night time soap vibe. I kept hearing dramatic music in my head at the end of each chapter. LOL. I was obsessed with Dynasty when I was a lot, lot younger so I loved the book.
YAY it’s Saturday which means it’s time for a new reader favorites list!! Aimee’s list is up next, and she provides us with some great insight as to why these are her favorite books!
A little about Aimee? She has been with us since 2013 and while she’s one of our more “quiet” reading-buddies, she jumps in every now and again, and has mentioned a few of her favorites in the past.
“Remember When are the best books I have read in ages! Up there with my love for ‘Beautiful Disaster’. Cannot wait for book 3!!”
<— I’m hearing this is a What to Read After Arsen ALERT! At least that’s what some of our fellow readers are saying (and book #3 was JUST released)!
Jamie: Bait by M. Mabie definitely needs to be added to this list.
Vivian: You NEED to add The Wake Series by Mo Mabie. YOU WILL LOVE THIS SERIES!
Jen: loved it!!
Claudia: Maryseeee!! You MUST read Bait!! Drove me insane, so much angst, I don’t know who I want to smack first him or her
… pleaseeeee read this book! You will love it
)
I just found 15 new pre-orders that I added to the main “New Releases” page, but I thought I’d make a shortcut of the latest ones right here for us to feast our eyes on. Brand new books by our favorites like Karina Halle, Sarina Bowen, Rachel Van Dyken, Kylie Scott (I love the title of it, makes me excited!!!), and so many more.
The Fifteenth Minute (The Ivy Years Book 5)
ROCK STAR BOOK LOVERS ALERT!!! Here’s a whole series from steamy romance sensation, Nalini Singh! So many of us LOVE her like crazy for a few of her vey popular paranormal romance series, but she’s just as into the bad-boy contemporary romance rock stars as we are! AND! Book #3 is coming out in just a couple of weeks!!
bev: My weekend reading is to finish Rock Addiction, am 60% in. I am really liking it. If in mood for a romance I think it is a good choice. Looking forward to the spin offs. … about a librarian and a rock star…
