So…I’m almost done the latest book from Leanna Renee Hieber entitled “The Darkly Luminous Fight for Persephone Parker”. It’s good! It’s really good! Of course that’s not surprising considering how much I liked the first one. I’m at the craziest part (at least…if it’s where I think it’s heading). But I was reading so late into the night, falling asleep, and I didn’t want to embark on the adventure, without a clear frame of mind. So I closed the book at the best part, and I’m saving it for tonight. I will be reviewing it shortly.

Book Review – Ecstasy Unveiled by Larissa Ione
Ecstasy Unveiled (Demonica series Book 4)
Excellent read, but I would recommend you read all of the others first. While I’m sure it works as a stand-alone somewhat, the characters in this series are far too connected, and each have a vivid storyline of their own. Not knowing them first (and the hardships they have experienced), would be unfortunate, because you’d be missing out on the maximum effect.
I found myself wanting to be a part of their family (uhhh…not that there’s anything wrong with mine, of course – love you mom! tee hee!). But you know…maybe the author can write me into the next one 😉
Book Review – Dead Girls Are Easy by Terri Garey
Dead Girls Are Easy (Nicki Styx, Book 1)
This was another fun and easy read! Lighthearted, a bit of romance, and a touch of scary!
Ok so it goes like this: The main character, Nicki Styx (yah…I suspect someone likes Motley Crue – speaking of which, have any of you read Nikki Sixx’s book? Good stuff too!!), okay anyway…
So Nicki (a spunky, goth-ish, female) almost dies from complications due to a genetic heart defect, and upon being revived, discovers an ability. She sees dead people (well, at least, their ghostly counterparts). Her handsome doctor develops a crush on her and follows her through her trials and tribulations.
