Pinky Promises is LIVE and author Deana Birch is today’s Friday Finds newsletter sponsor!! And it’s on Kindle Unlimited too!! She says:

“My books are really steamy RomCom so if you need a sexy fix and a pick me up with a giggle, add this to your list. Early readers have claimed laughing out loud and blushing…”

And then… I found this funny thing she said while she was writing it (which made me giggle for real!)

“What is wrong with my characters in this book?!? I had a perfectly wonderful set-up for them to get sexy. Instead, it took a very wrong turn. #TheseTwoNeedToBang” read more

Reader Question – Any recommendations for books where his family hates the heroine?

By 6 Comments

Happy Thanksgiving Day question #3!! Tammie is looking for angst and heartache of this variety. 😉

She asks:

Any book recs for family that hates heroine.

Doctor falls for girl from the wrong side of the tracks? Family hates her and there’s another woman?

Thanks!

Ooooh I love where your head is at, Tammie. These are the exact kinds of stories that infuriate me (but suck me in and have me hooked). I love them ’cause we have to work for it!! YES!!!

Have a recommendation for us?

Reader Question – Can you give me book recommendations for romances that involve a sweet/shy/meek heroine? Bonus if the Hero is dismissive…

Happy Thanksgiving Day Reader Request #2!!

Andrea is looking for book recommendations featuring THIS kind of heroine:

I love a badass heroine like most people, but I often get a craving for books about a less obviously badass sort of girl.

Can you give me some suggestions for romances that involve a sweet/shy/meek heroine. Bonus if the H is so mean or dismissive the h is crushed.

I’m okay with dark and paranormal romance in addition to the usual stuff.

I’m thinking an h attitude like in Luna and the Lie by Mariana Zapata or Kiss an Angel by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. I appreciate any suggestions you have. read more
