Good morning and Happy Monday everyone!! This weekend has been crazy awesome with the surprise early book releases, and today seems just as amazing!!! Take a look at what just went live. But first…

THREE THINGS:

1.) I’m pretty much into Billie Eilish right now. Is that weird? She’s kinda weird but holy moly, every song I hear of hers, just once… and I’m hooked. And they just get better. She’s got this… Fiona Apple/PJ Harvey/Lana Del Rey/Kate Bush feel to her. LOVE IT!!!! And come to find out, so many of in our book world (authors and readers alike) are totally into her, too. One author is even playing one of her songs on loop while she writes. Eeeeeep!!! That will be intense. read more

Robin Hill – Waiting for the Sun Duet Reading Order

<— An angsty, old-school indie feel, “unrequited love” (just enough to hurt!!) romance from our very own R!!! WE LOVE R, and we (I!!) LOVED book #1 (in fact, here’s my review). 😀

And book #2 JUST WENT LIVE!!! Ahhhhhh sweet relief!!!! The duet is complete!!

Maryse: I just finished R’s book!!!!!! Wow. I loved it. I cried twice. <3 Great writing, and fantastic little details during conversations that made the conversations flow naturally. The characters came to life and moved as if I were watching a movie. And yes, I was so excited about the proposition and then I was all… WHAT? OH RIGHT!! GAH!!!!!! LOL! But I love that kind of “cliffhanger” because it’s not so much a cliffhanger since the end of this one essentially came to a solid conclusion… it’s just the start to part 2. 😉 I’m in! read more

J.B. Salsbury – Love, Hate, Rock-n-Roll Series Reading Order

ROCK STAR ALERT!! OMG this series sounds like SO. MUCH. FUN!!! And… book #2 just went LIVE!

About book #1:

Jesse Lee is the worst!

He’s a multi-millionaire, triple-platinum-selling, Grammy-Award-winning man-slut—a worldly, self-indulgent heathen. I wouldn’t sleep with him if he were our last chance to ensure survival of the human race. The only reason I put up with him is because he’s my boss’s brother.

Whatsherface is one of those holier-than-thou types.

She’s bossy, has a horrific singing voice, and she’s so ordinary, she practically blends in with the eggshell-colored walls—the complete opposite of anyone I’d bang. The only reason I put up with her is because my career is on the line. read more

<— SATURDAY AFTERNOON BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!!! LOOKIT WHAT JUST WENT LIVE!!! L.J. Shen’s Pretty Reckless (All Saints High) and it sounds like a BULLY BOOK BIG TIME!!

I was poor.
She was rich.
The good thing about circumstances? They can change. Fast.
Now, I’m her parents’ latest shiny project.
Her housemate. Her tormentor. The captain of the rival football team she hates so much.
Yeah, baby girl, say it—I’m your foster brother.
There’s a price to pay for ruining the only good thing in my life, and she’s about to shell out some serious tears.
Daria Followhill thinks she is THE queen. I’m about to prove to her that she’s nothing but a spoiled princess. read more
