Leisa Rayven – Masters of Love Series Reading Order

Leisa Rayven’s latest and book #2 JUST WENT LIVE!!!
About book #1:

Max Riley is the man of your dreams. Or at least he will be, for a price.
As his alter-ego Mister Romance, Max is a drop-dead gorgeous escort who makes romantic fantasies come to life. No sex, just swoon-worthy dates to die for, and the cream of New York’s socialites can’t get enough.  Whether they want a dominating billionaire, bad boy with a heart of gold, hot geek, sexy biker, or best friend who loves them from afar, Max can make it all happen, but he’s careful to keep his real identity a secret.
Enter investigative journalist Eden Tate. Having caught wind of the urban legend of Mister Romance, Eden is determined to publish a scathing expose on Max and his ability to swindle lonely society women out of their fortunes.
Desperate to protect his anonymity and his clients, Max challenges Eden to give him three dates. If she doesn’t fall in love with him, she can run her story with his blessing. If she succumbs to his charms, the story dies.
Cynical Eden has no doubt she can resist his fake romance personas, but when the real Max admits he’s falling for her, she has to decide if the professional liar is telling the truth, or if the passionate man with the mysterious past is just one more character designed to con her out of her career-making story. read more

Lauren Blakely – Heartbreakers Series Reading Order

LAUREN BLAKELY ALERT!! Sexy (rock star!!) series, with two more books already up for preorder and coming out soon and each one can be read as a standalone.
About book #1:

That smoking hot one-night stand with a former rock star? Turns out he’s my son’s new music teacher. Oops.
But I didn’t know that the night I met Campbell. All I knew was he played my body the same way he played a guitar — like he owned it.
My libido is still high-fiving me after being self-served for too many years, and we’re both ready for another night or two of fun, especially since we don’t just have chemistry in bed — we connect over everything.
That is, until I learn he’s the man who’ll be coming to my house twice a week to teach my son — the best music lessons money can buy. Time to turn down the volume on our shenanigans. Only that’s easier said than done.
***
I can rock a guitar solo in front of thousands, I can write chart-topping tunes, and I can absolutely stop thinking about my student’s mother naked. After all, I’m a single parent too, and I know what it’s like to put your kid first. That’s what I do every damn day.
Trouble is, now that I’ve had Mackenzie, it’s hard — and I do mean hard — to stop wanting her. Harder too when I get to know her, and learn she’s an awesome mom, a great friend, and, oh yeah, she happens to get along perfectly with my daughter.
All we have to do is set some rules. No dating, no nookie when the kids are around, and no one gets hurt. It’s all working out beautifully. Until we start breaking the rules, one by one.
Making music with her in the bedroom is easy. But will we be more than just a real good time when the music stops? read more

Friday Finds & Reader Recommendations – September 14th 2018

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! Now THIS is what I call a Friday list. :D!!! The amount of awesome-sounding new books that just went live in the last 24 hours rivals’s this week’s new release list, BIG TIME!! And of course, reader recommendations for those that want tried-and-true.
I hope everyone in the path of the hurricane will be safe, and maybe we can all hunker-down and read together. I read so much during the last hurricane and it helped me a lot (the characters kept me company). This time, I’m not in the path, but I know many who are, so I worry.
TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT WE FOUND FOR THE WEEKEND :D !! read more

Reader Question – The book about the widow and her kids that sneak over to the neighbor’s pool…

Charity needs book help too!! And I know it, and I LOVED it!!! It’s hilarious and sweet and perfect and I reviewed it, and GASP!!!!

I know I’ll be kicking myself when someone guesses this right, like I should have known (*sigh* after so many books, titles elude me, but stories… I remember). And this one I loved!

I feel like this is an Aly Martinez book, or Mariana Zapata (at least… it has *that* feel, you know what I mean?) It is on the TIP of my tongue. I KNOW IT. Jewel E. Ann? I dunno. HELP US! read more
