Reader Favorites – MichelleS’s Best Books of 2018 List

It’s Michelle’s turn and she has her Best of 2018 list set in stone! Sorta. Sometimes she makes little comments that she should have added another one… I get it. It’s hard to choose your very favorites out of your favorites. So I helped her out, and added an extra in, at the end. 😉

Jennifer’s back!!! And she’s got a GREAT list for us. Short and sweet but her favorites sound amazing, and that one there to the left just might be her VERY FAVORITE of 2018!!

I haven’t been too active on commenting on your blog this year but you are still my go-to for great recs and bargain reads. I am also a frequent silent but observing member of the Goodreads group Maryse’s Book Blog….meeting place.

BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TASHA!!!! I’m so happy that your “favorites” post coincides with your big day!! 😀

Tasha J is my other book-twin (actually, Amy, Tasha J and I should be book-triplets ’cause we seem to freak out over the same book genres and heartaches and thrillers alike). Her choices will “knock you in the feels“. Not only the touchy-feely heartache ones. Nope.

It’s Jan’s turn!! She’s our resident Historical Romance enthusiast, but she sure loves a wide range of romance too. Let’s see what she picked P.S. I added in quotes from her past comments on these favorites, too. 😉

CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE:

Look the Part by Jewel E. Ann <— First book I’ve read by this author and I really liked it. A lovely, touching story about very real people. Flint feels like deep down he doesn’t deserve to ever be happy again. But Ellen brings the sunshine back to his life. And there’s a really great kid in this book too. (Flint’s young teenaged son). read more
