This series has come frequently recommended by my reading bud, Sandra over the last year or so. She and I have VERY similar taste in books, and often end up reading together, so I knew… I KNEW, if she loved it? This one would be right up my alley.

Guilty-pleasure LIST time!!

I LOVE a “forbidden love” story. The taboo kind… *waggles eyebrows*, and the less-taboo, but still “professionally iffy” kind. A romance between two co-workers = fun! A romance between a higher up and his/her assistant = MORE FUN!!! 😛 That long-standing crush, the pining, the “playboy” rumors, and that unapproachable, unattainable, undeniably sexy, commanding alpha-male that suddenly (or secretly) takes notice. YAY US!!!

Oh sure… I’ve made it well known that I love my alpha-males bad-ass, dirty-mouthed and loaded in tattoos. But a sexy “book bad boy” in a three piece suit can sure play me good, too. And, if we go by some of these books, the men in suits have been known to be very foul-mouthed, too. 😉 read more

Sandi Lynn – Forever Trilogy Reading Order

Shanda recommended this one to me, and many of our fellow readers loved it, too!

Shanda: Just finished Black Forever by Sandi Lynn. It’s one of those books that very close to the beginning I got a knot in my stomach and it didn’t go away until I was done reading it. There is some angst and there is some swooning and there is also “no he did not just say that” and there is “what is she doing that for” Yea all that. I recommend it. read more
