There it was, randomly appearing on my Amazon feed, on super-sale, and I dunno… between skimming incredible editorial reviews, and the dark aura of the cover and tagline, I just knew it had to be mine. I was excited, anticipating chills, but what I experienced, surprisingly… was… warmth.
When I asked what book got us out of a reading slump, so many responded this one!!
Katie: The Housemaid by Freida McFadden! Now I have read 6 of her books in about 6 weeks!
Tracy: I am halfway through,and hated having to things today, because all I want to do is see how this book plays out!!

I had already heard of this author’s other books that my fellow readers loved, so that was just icing on the cake.
