BETRAYAL & REDEMPTION & THIS ONE IS RE-READ GOOD!! Margie is on a roll, and went back a few years remembering this one that is perfect for this trope!

Virginia: Another author who is known for fun romance reads is Kristan Higgins. I’ve read only one of her books to date and enjoyed the humor a great deal!

Margie said:

We should add an oldish favorite by Kristan Higgins’s 2022 book Out of the Clear Blue Sky to the list of funny/poignant cheating revenge books.

What Lillie does to Brad, her husband of 19+ years, after he announces he’s found real love and joy with a new (much younger and richer) woman still makes me laugh. read more

Margie found us another one from our favorite betrayal & revenge trope, and it was recently released on Amazon!!

She says:

Another Compelling Betrayal Novel

I checked the site to see if this has already been listed, but not yet.

It’s something else: “Glass Jawed: A Second Chance Cheating Desi Romance” by AJ Bishop released in July.

It’s hard to describe but the mfc and mmc first encounter is when she’s being inexpertly being *ucked by the boyfriend of the mmc (who is bisexual). She didn’t know her hookup was in a relationship…he lied. And the mmc is devastated and concocts a revenge plan. read more

Young couple in love, married after high school, and the MMC becomes distant and unavailable. The FMC keeps trying to bridge the gap but he won’t talk with her. Instead he’s presumably staying later at work or with his bros. read more
