<— WHAT A SMOKING HOT COVER!!!!!! Tee hee. 😉 See what I did there. P.S. I do think that he’s WOW!!!!!
Anyway, all that to say, two of my favorite authors have just released book #1 in their newest series and #2 is already up for preorder (and coming out soon!) It’s actually a duet (not standalones), so that book will complete it! 😀

Marion: Rebel Heir by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward is sooooo good can’t wait for the next book. This writing duo rocks!
Leslie M: I am looking forward Rebel Heir…that cover. *fans self*
Jean: …the new cover for the Vi Keeland/Penelope Ward book……Rebel Heir? IT IS SO FREAKING HOT!!!!! read more

Book Review – Playboy Pilot by Penelope Ward & Vi Keeland

Playboy Pilot
Another fun and steamy love story from two of our favorite, tried and true (and much loved) authors! That blurb absolutely had me (promising jealousy and drama!) and I couldn’t resist jumping right into it, and feeling it for myself!

Those looking for the whole romance shebang can find it here. From the fun “meet cute” to the silly nicknames, (*ahem* “Perky” <— tee hee!!), to the hero’s funny and endearing antics, to that slightly angsty reveal, it’s got everything you need for an afternoon of swoon! read more

Book Review – Cocky Bastard by Penelope Ward & Vi Keeland

Cocky Bastard
Okay so this is definitely one of my new favorite super funny, slightly angsty, but full on “new-adult feel” reads. Just a well rounded, fantastically written story, that flowed so well, I can’t even tell when one author stopped writing, and the other author kicked in.

A great pairing, both in authorship AND in main characters, and WE LOVE IT!!

Tee hee!! My reactions while reading “Cocky Bastard” (and yes… the goofiness continues). 😛

Maryse: Okay I’m already chuckling with glee reading Cocky Bastard, and I’m only in the first few pages. Tee hee!!! read more

Book Review – Roomhate by Penelope Ward

RoomHate
Great cover, great title, great author, great story! What a premise. That title says it all, and I could NOT resist making this one my next read.

I really enjoyed this sweet contemporary romance novel, because while it wasn’t one of the crazier-rides we love to embark on (nothing too gasp-worthy, or angsty) it gave us what we’ve come to love in our “new adult” love stories!

✔ A forced-roommates story between two ex-childhood friends, that are so far from it now, as adults. read more

Book Bash Author Spotlight – Penelope Ward sends us a “Jake Undone” poem…

Author Penelope Ward just sent us a “Jake Undone” poem!!

I read book #1 Gemini (<— my review) and really enjoyed it. Quite the twist!! But boy do I need to continue the series. Especially considering the love for the brand-spankin’ new release of book #3 (My Skylar), and the HUGE popularity of book #2 Jake Undone (A Gemini Novel Book 2), I’m missing out. 😉 Just look at these reactions!

Michele: I’ve read and enjoyed both of these books. Both are really good stories with Gemini throwing me a few curveballs but I actually put Jake Undone in my Favorite collection for a future reread since he made my book bf list. And that cover?? Holy hell is it HOT!! read more
