Here’s a “help me find this book” question from Ana (and another that sounds right up our angsty-alley!)

Ana asks:

I’m sure you can help me! I read a synopsis not too long ago about a couple of orphans, who go through lots of things together and fall in love, once they are out of the system, she is forgotten (or feels that way) and he becomes famous over the years. Then they find each other again, she is pissed and he wants her back! Lots of drama and angst, I thought it was right up our alley, yet I can’t remember the name of the book! 🙁 Help! Maryse….I need help. I read a synopsis for a book a while ago about a girl who goes far away from her hometown to college to get away from heartbreak. At college she unexpectedly falls for a guy. As it turns out, the new guy she fell for ends up being the ex’s cousin. That is basically what i remember. I dont know if it was even released yet or not. Okay so this is actually my own “guess the book” post, ’cause I can’t remember the title of this book, and I feel the need to review it. I read it back in the day when I was mostly paranormal, and this was a “break” between dark alley fights with monsters. I liked it (about 4 star liked it) and it certainly refreshed my palette back then. I miss it and would like to immortalize my feelings for it on my blog.

I came across it last week by accident via a random Amazon search and I was all… “OH!! I remember that book! I should totally review it now that we’ve got a rock star section.” So I kept the window open to get back to it later. And by accident, I closed it (and I had done too many Amazon searches that it was no longer in my history). GAH! read more

Oh here’s one!!! This one should be easy enough since we read so much YA and NA, but… I haven’t read it and was unable to help Amy, so maybe someone here knows?

Amy asks:

A book was recommended to me, and now I can’t remember or find the title of it. It is YA and is about a guy and girl in high school who fall hard for each other (of course!), but after she goes to a party without him she starts pulling away and he is trying to figure out why. He knows something pretty bad happened, he just doesn’t know what that is and they start to fall apart. Does this ring any bells with you? Thanks in advance for your help! read more

Ok you are my last resort. I swear I’ve read a book synopsis about twin sisters. One sister dies and surviving twin develops a relationship with the dead sister’s boyfriend.
