Reader Favorites – Kathy’s Best Books of 2019 List

This is Kathy’s very first Best of the Year list with us, though she’s actually been with us (and commenting pretty regularly) over the last few years. In fact, she’s been with us since 2013!!! I was thrilled to gather up some of her latest life and book highlights over the last year and a half so we could get to know her better.

Okay… so we get DOUBLE the fun from R. Renee this year, ’cause not only did we post her hilarious “Best in Class” list if 2019 (she describes them as not “…necessarily faves of the year—just faves in those categories (released in 2019)…“) but now we get her TRUE TOP TEN FAVORITES!

“My Graduating Class (that Maryse posted recently) consists of thirteen categories in which I highlight special, honorable mention books that may or may not be included in my Top Ten list. It’s made up entirely of recent releases where my Top Ten can be from any year.” read more

Reader Recommendations – Our Favorite Books in Kindle Unlimited!

The title says it all!! 😀 Members of Kindle Unlimited (or those thinking to become members), REJOICE!!! This one has been asked for a few times in the last year, and now we’ve started an official “recommendations list” for our most favorite books currently in the Amazon Kindle Unlimited program!! Note: Some books come in and out of the program regularly, so one may be on this list that is not longer part of Kindle Unlimited.

Reader Favorites – R. Renee’s “Graduating Class” Books of 2019 List

It’s R. Renee’s turn for her favorites list and I love her unique take on it. And here’s the thing. She’s loved quite a few books this year (and let us know enthusiastically – and I’ve read a few and agree!!) and I’m noticing that they didn’t even make this list, so OMG what is on here must be INCREDIBLE!!!

Reader Favorites – Jan’s Top Ten Best Books of 2019 List

Jan has just sent us her Best of 2019 List, and I’m so thrilled ’cause she’s one of our resident Historical Romance lovers, as well as contemporary goodness, so we get a wide range of awesome romance recommendations. 😀

Jan: I’m currently swinging madly between reading historical romance and contemporary romance. i can’t seem to settle on one genre or the other. Then I think, why settle? Why not just read both? So that’s what I do LOL.

Some days I’m reading about hot, buff guys in hockey pads and then the next day I’m reading about some uber-masculine guy wearing a pink Georgian waistcoat and a wig. Yup. Crazy town. read more
