Following my heart, one book at a time...
Maryanne is looking for this one! And it’s become one of my most popular reader questions with a TON of people looking for it too, and a ton of guesses. So it’s become a list as well as a question. A “rejected mate” list which is one of my FAVORITE tropes. YAY US!!!
P.S. As of 11-23-24 we just received yet another new guess and it’s on Amazon!! Is it the right one? Scroll down to see it and let me know. 😀
She asks:
Hi!
Wondering if you can help me find a book by description!?
And then the whole pining, and moments of hopefulness to moments of feeling utterly dejected. I always wonder what the HEA will end up looking like. OR IF there will be an HEA at all.
Nancy: Maryse we need a rejected mates book list because it’s my favorite trope lately!
Mony: Rejected (Shadow Beast Shifters #1) by Jaymin Eve – I thought this book was fabulous! Binge-read the series, although book #1 was my favourite. 5★
Michelle S: I am reading a Paranormal, called “Rejected (Shadow Beast Shifters, Book 1)”. I KNOW!!! It sounds so dang corny. But it’s free on KU, so I picked it up. And I LOVE IT. Super over the top sassy Heroine, meets grumpy, moody, over the top “beast”…. a formula that I still like when the mood strikes me. If the writing works, the dialogue, and the story, then I am still in my happy place.
Samantha (and Sandy too) needs our book help! One immediately came to mind, but there are a few details below that don’t match (though plenty of other details DO match the book I was thinking of). I’ll post it after the question.
She asks:
Sandy: Hi, I wondered if you can help find a book for someone who posted in Jaymin Eves fan group? This is the description she posted:
Samantha: So I was told you ask you about a book I read once but can’t remember the name or author of.
Here’s the beginning of the book I remember more but didn’t want to spoil anything.
So what’s it about?
Revenge and fate come together in the seventh installment of the Pyte/Sentinel Series as New York Times bestselling author R.L. Mathewson tells the story of how one of the deadliest shifters in our world is finally brought to his knees.
