Reader Question… Solved! Did Emjay Soren used to write as Melanie Walker?

July 23, 2020 By Maryse Leave a Comment

Here’s an interesting reader question!! It’s not so much a “find this book” but more a… is this the same author? And I found the answers!! 🙂 P.S. Here’s the TAT: A Rocker Romance Series Reading Order.

Michelle asked:

Hi Maryse

Can you help me out, I’m confused?

I read on your blog today about the TAT boxed set by Emjay Soren. I went to amazon and it sounded so familiar.

I looked on my kindle and I have the first book Trust Me, but it’s by Melanie Walker and there was no series or I would have totally read it. I loved Trust Me. read more

Tina needs our help finding this book!

Okay, now this one sounds almost just like this recent reader question: Reader Question… Solved! The book about the two sisters and one has a crush on her sister’s fiancé… and gets pregnant by him! and Hate To Love You by Elise Alden could very well be the one she’s looking for. 😉

Butttt…. maybe this one’s a similar trope but a different story?

She asks:

I am looking for a book that I have read about 2-3 years ago.

In the book the h is from a very strict religious family and she sleeps with her sister’s fiancé, bf or husband from which she gets pregnant and is Disowned by her family. read more

Okay this reader question has just already been guessed, but the book sounded SO DARN gooooood that I had to post it, in case anyone wanted to read it, too! 😀

Now, at first I was thinking it might be Hard Time by Cara Mckenna (4.5 STAR loved it – she’s a librarian teaching in a prison and falling for an inmate – and here’s my review) but that’s pretty much where things change from Kari’s description.

Kari asked:

OK Maryse, I need HELP. I read a book a couple years ago and I cannot for the life of me remember the name/author. read more

Lisa is looking for this book! Oh it reminds me a lot of the book that I just read by K.A. Tucker – “The Player Next Door” (same sort of situation… with a mean girl… but no secret baby), so I know this isn’t the one. P.S. Here is my 4.5 star review of that one. 🙂

She asks:

First of all, I DEPEND on your blog to get me my next escape!!! Love your work!

My question (or SOS) I can’t remember name of this book to save my life…help!
