Following my heart, one book at a time...
New series from “lighthearted” contemporary romance author, Melanie Harlow, but I’m hearing this one is more serious… more… angsty. MAGIC WORDS!!! Two books out right now (a brand new one that was just released), and a third on the way!
Katherine: There is a fun Easter egg for fans of “Frenched” and I was impressed with how she really understood and protrayed the Hero’s disorder.
Cheryl: …this one is angsty too. Thank God for alcohol!! It’s 5′oclock somewhere, right?!!
TEAR-JERKER ALERT!!! It had a few of our fellow readers drowning in feels, and that sounds like the perfect read! 😀 Plus! A novella was released AND!!! A new book in the series just went live today!
MJ: If you want a beautiful book that will tear you apart and make you smile through your endless tears…The Summer Remains by Seth King. Unbelievably amazing. He’s a young author with a true gift. YOU MUST CHECK IT OUT. You will be happy you did
Jean: Oh I am in love with The Summer Remains!!!! Beautiful, beautiful love story…..I am left in a book fog and will probably need a few days to recover! …….sigh…. I was completely overcome with emotion by the end! Loved it!
<— Wednesday November 18th 2015 BREAKING NEWS UPDATE! Look at the two that just went live!!

*phew* It’s ready!!! And holy moly it DID double in size!! From awesome new releases, to amazing sounding book recommendations, this week promises to be an awesome reading week, indeed! Traditionally published and indie authors we love like Janet Evanovich, Harper Sloan, Thea Harrison, Callie Hart, Katy Regnery, Melanie Harlow, Kendall Ryan plus so many new-to-mes already, this list rocks!
We’re kicking off today’s author news (and boy do we have tons!!) with a reader question!
Theresa: Whoa! Got email they cancelled the Evan Arden box set! Anybody know anything?
Oh!! Ohhhhh!!! I KNOW!!!! *waves hand in the air* Pick me!! LOL!!!
Shay Savage just posted this:
“To make a long story short, the preorders for Evan Arden have been cancelled. I missed a step in the setup process while I was traveling, and Amazon’s automated process cancelled all the orders. I’m working with them to get it fixed so it can still go live this week, but I don’t have any details at this time. Everyone who preordered will have to order again…”
Tangled
Well there ya go. Goes to show you that some books on an old TBR list… or that *should* have been on an old TBR list, from a year or so ago, can hold all the book-fog power. ‘Cause this one is almost two years old, my friends, and OMG I LOVED IT!!!!!! Are you looking of your next “bully” romance book? THIS. IS. IT!!!! Fabulous mature writing, and fabulous storytelling!! I believed it, I felt it, I LIVED it, and I LOVED it!
BBR: He is bully for sure and the heroine in this book is not spineless at all:)) I hate spineless heroines!
