Reader Favorites – Tessa’s Top Favorite Books List:

By 52 Comments

Since one of Tessa’s absolute favorite series in the world is having a new release on Tuesday, I thought I’d dedicate this Saturday to HER reader favorites list. Have you get to know her, her book-tastes, and why Tijan (and one of Tijan’s men) rocks her world so hard!

A little about Tessa:

  • She’s been with us since 2013. I found her very first post and it was about Tijan’s Fallen Crest Series:

“Omg. Just finished reading this and you’d love it. Mason is an awesome alpha male, and Logan is freaking nuts. It’s sweet and fun, and beyond insane if Logan laughs.  :-) Sam is ballsy and tough…” read more

Book catnip & blurb keywords that make us want to read it badly…

By 25 Comments

LOL!!! Yep, this is shaping up to be a goofy Monday, indeed. It’s NEW LIST day (I post one every Monday), and recently, our fellow readers were having a “book-catnip” discussion. Certain phrases, or storylines, or keywords in blurbs that grab us and make us want to read it next. Plus… of course, certain heroes (or hero-types) make us go crazy enough that we’d roll in ’em. The books I mean. We’d roll IN the books. *snort* 😛

What a PERFECT list idea!!! So I am immortalizing the discussion. 😉 read more

Reader Favorites – Laura’s Top Favorite Books List:

By 18 Comments

And SINCE it’s still my birthday, I thought I’d celebrate with TWO “Reader Favorites” lists today. It’s a party up in here!!! 😀 And now it’s Laura’s turn!!

Laura has been with us since 2013!!! Now… a little more about Laura:

  • She’s a fellow peanut gallery-er (she has her favorites too, and doesn’t mind pelting us with peanuts if we haven’t read em yet).

“u all owe me a book now! I am totally adding a sling shot with the peanuts!!”

  • She’s from Glasgow Scotland!!!

“I’m too Scottish I will bruise like a peach!” LOL!! I know how you feel (But it’s the Irish in me that is the bruiser). 😉 read more

Reader Favorites – Kira’s Top Favorite Books List:

By 27 Comments

Since it’s my birthday, I figured I’d celebrate with an old friend’s “favorite books” list, since she’s already been with me during an actual birthday or two. I have known Kira since I was 13 years old! We went from grade 8 to high school together (grade 10 or 11?), and she was one of my very best friends. We lost touch over the years, but fortunately, Facebook brought us back together again!

And I was thrilled!!! Because some of my most fun “growing memories” involve Kira. read more

What to Read After Arsen… A “Cheating in Romance Books” List

By 80 Comments

Yep… cheating/infidelity/affair books. Heroes & Heroines alike… Whatever you call this genre, it’s time to list ’em. I haven’t made a “What to Read After… ” list in awhile ’cause I reserve those for books that drove us crazy, and that we can’t stop talking about, months and maybe even years after we first read ’em. Since Arsen is still affecting readers, and books “like it” are always being compared to it (and everyone is on a quest for more like it)… well. It’s time. Even… ever since Thoughtless. Kellan wasn’t the only awesome part of that book. It was the indecision, the gaul, the hurt, and the angst that also had us hooked. read more
