Andrea is looking for book recommendations featuring THIS kind of heroine:

I love a badass heroine like most people, but I often get a craving for books about a less obviously badass sort of girl.

Can you give me some suggestions for romances that involve a sweet/shy/meek heroine. Bonus if the H is so mean or dismissive the h is crushed.

I’m okay with dark and paranormal romance in addition to the usual stuff.

I’m thinking an h attitude like in Luna and the Lie by Mariana Zapata or Kiss an Angel by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. I appreciate any suggestions you have. read more

A few requests for this trope and how could I resist?? Especially when two of ’em just hit my radar BIG time today!!!

Mary: …wondering if you or your readers might be able to recommend some books with the ugly duckling to swan theme.
