Reader Favorites – Nay’s Top Ten Audiobooks

Nay is a recent addition to our very active “peanut gallery” (at least in her commenting and being silly with us… however we just found out she’s been lurking for years). 😉 LOL!

She just officially (publicly) joined us in October, in fact, but it feels like she’s been chatting with us from the start! We absolutely LOVE her! And I’m so glad she’s decided to join in on our book-fun, and let us know all about her favorites, too. This is sort of a hybrid post. A mix between a reader question and of course, reader favorites! Our favorites!

One of our fellow readers is asking TWO questions (book-related), and I think we’ll have fun with this one. 😉 She’s making her list, from OUR lists and she asks:

Behind the Books – Author Skye Warren shares her favorite books with us!

Skye Warren (one of our QUEENS of “Dark Love Stories”) has JUST released a book yesterday! To the Ends of the Earth: A Stripped Standalone has that dark edge to it (it sounds awesome!!). I’ve been a HUGE fan of hers for years now, because she takes me there. Her stories both hooking me, and taking me out of my comfort zone all at the same time, and they stay with me long after I’ve reached “the end”.

I’ve always wondered what HER favorite books were. Those that she absolutely loved (dark and otherwise). After all, she’s a reader, too, and she’s commented many times right here, recommending, or just joining in on our enthusiasm and love for a specific book. YAY!!!!!! Finally!

I’ve received some adamant recommendations for Judith McNaught‘s historical romance reads (not just for “best historical” but for some of the BEST love stories altogether – and she also writes contemporary romance). She’s HUGELY popular, and considered one of the best-of-the-best in this genre. For any of us (me included) that wanted to delve into historical love stories, SHE is one of the main authors that everyone seems to direct us to! read more
