So this is today’s “currently reading” scoop. *grins mischievously* mrgreen (but it’s NOT what I was talking about yesterday). You know me and my ever-shifting TBR lists… neutral

Okay remember that book I mentioned yesterday that I just started? It was “so far so good”. Well. It is. BUT. That has been set aside temporarily (I will be getting back to it ASAP) because something that I’ve been waiting for for what. A year? More? Virtually manifested itself in my life last night. read more

On Dublin Street
Did you see that? My TBR list… shifting yet again. And this time is a first, because I have just heard about this book for the first time today, (FIVE times today, actually), and it literally moved EVERYTHING down a notch. After two mentions of it this morning, I decided I’d move it to my “next weekend” read, after I finished the one I’m reading right now, and a series I’ve been anxious to get to.

TWO BIG releases (at least for me) because both of these books look right up my alley! THESE are what I am reading this weekend! Where’s my DO NOT DISTURB sign? Can I call in sick today? *sigh* *grumbles again* stupid responsibilities….

Who’s in the mood for…:

If I were You (Inside Out Trilogy) by Lisa Renee Jones
Synopsis:
Shades of Grey meets Basic Instinct
He is rich and famous, and dark in ways I shouldn’t find intriguing, but I do. I so do. I don’t understand why his dark side appeals to me, but the attraction between us is rich with velvety promises of satisfaction. Chris is dark, and so are his desires, but I cannot turn away. He is damaged beneath his confident good looks and need for control, and in some way, I feel he needs me. I need him. read more

Seduction and Snacks (Chocolate Lovers)
This one has been all the rage over the last couple of weeks with my fellow readers. Every once in awhile there is that one book out there that EVERYONE seems to love, no matter what their usual reading preference is, and this is one of ’em! In fact, I just received an email from Janet this morning recommending it (yet again)!

I just had to write and tell you about this hilarious book I’m reading (at 35%), you may have already heard about it but if not you really should add it to the top of your TBR list.  It’s called Seductions and Snacks by Tara Sivec.  It is got to be the single funniest book I have EVER read.  It’s also a love story but this author does an incredible job with the story telling.  I HIGHLY recommend this book. read more
