With so much craziness and uncertainty in our lives right now, I’m longing for comfort. To that end, I’m seeking recommendations for good holiday-themed romance books. I’m hoping you and your squad of regular readers might have some favorites to shout out!
Merry Christmas 🎄 🎁 my wonderful friends!!!! What a happy day I have lined up. 🙂 I’ll be opening and exchanging gifts today… (we do ours right before Christmas supper) and I’ll be having a wonderful family supper with some of my loved ones.
This time, I’m not hosting it but I’m bringing my yummy roasted Brussel Sprouts (a la “Ina Garten”) and I’m bringing a dutch apple pie! Okay, honestly? It’s a frozen one, not homemade, but it’s Marie Callender’s and it has to be baked… so sort of homemade, right? 🙂 ) And, holy moly, if you haven’t had it yet, it’s the best apple pie I’ve ever had. Seriously. I got one for Thanksgiving, and we all devoured it (even the non-pie lovers went crazy for it), so I’m bringing another one since it was such a hit. And a ton of whip cream! And yes, Keto or not, I will be having a tiny bite or three and indulge myself a little bit.

YESSSS!! This is a great reader question and perfectly timed, since so many of us are so into the Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies. Oh I have watched some absolute magnificent ones that stole my heart (that one with that super-hot Christmas ghost that was so ornery?!! *sigh* LOVEDDDDD!!!).
I don’t even care that we already know “how it’s all gonna go”. Done right, they are calming and heartwarming and festive!! It puts me in the right spirit! And Kim is looking for more (but in book form!).
