Reader Question – Looking for "Hallmark-like" Christmas book recommendations…
YESSSS!! This is a great reader question and perfectly timed, since so many of us are so into the Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies. Oh I have watched some absolute magnificent ones that stole my heart (that one with that super-hot Christmas ghost that was so ornery?!! *sigh* LOVEDDDDD!!!).
I don’t even care that we already know “how it’s all gonna go”. Done right, they are calming and heartwarming and festive!! It puts me in the right spirit! And Kim is looking for more (but in book form!).

When I read the story about Keri Ann and Jack (see the first 2 books – Eversea and Forever Jack), I totally fell in love with this improbable couple. Everything (including the horizontal scenes…) was soooo intense! True love at its best! But at the end of book two… I could not believe I was going to have to separate from them because I had some kind of a feeling that they were my friends now…

This was actually a very significant and important addition to the Cat and Bones saga. I can actually say, I enjoyed it a ton, even if it still didn’t have that old Cat and Bones “magic and sizzle”. In fact, I think I’m going to dare say that I liked this “short” better than the latest full length release (One Grave at a Time).
What it lacked in romantic tension, it made up for with an intriguing and somewhat scary mystery, quite a few moments where I “uh oh’d” about Bones…
