Well this one, I must admit… I chose, by totally judging a book by it’s cover. Oh. And the awesome title. And the blurb. 😛 And, overall… it was pretty good, too! A light read, with a bit of angst, and steam, and OH NO HE DIDN’T moments. What made this one stand out to me, was how unique it sounded ’cause she was not your typical heroine in ANY way. Especially when it came to her appearance. The whole motto is DON’T judge a book by it’s cover. Clever author!!! LOL!

Book Review – The Mistake by Elle Kennedy
The Mistake (Off-Campus Book 2)
I was so excited for this one ’cause I went absolutely crazy for book #1 (I five starred this bad boy —> The Deal <— my review). Even though it wasn’t overly angsty, nor was it alllll “twisty-turny”, it just hit the spot, ya know? Excellent writing, a heroine I could totally relate too, just enough angst to keep giving me mini stomach aches, and it was SO funny. Or… they were. Because they were perfectly real.
So I knew I was in for more bad-boy hockey player fun, and the insecure/normal-girl romance angst I love, and I just couldn’t wait to do it all over again!
Cambria Hebert – The Hashtag Series Reading Order
A fun sounding “New Adult” college romance series!
Tessa: I read #Nerd, and it was seriously cute.
About book #1:
Two people from completely different worlds are about to be thrown together… In more ways than one.
She wants to keep her scholarship. He wants to stay on the team. An awkward alliance doesn’t even begin to cover Rimmel and Romeo’s relationship. But that’s about to change.
It starts with a dare. An initiation. A challenge. Quickly, it turns into more. But when you’re a victim of your status, there is no room for anything real. The rules are clear and simple. Stick to your circle. And never fall in love with anyone on the outside.

Absolute “new adult” angsty-romance reading PERFECTION!!!!!!! Yes. I SAID IT. Romance reading perrrrrrrfection! In fact, could very well be my favorite of 2015. Could I have already found it? I could very well have, but either way, this one has cinched a solid spot in my forever-favorites category. In fact, I was only 75% into the book when I publicly declared it a 5-star read.
Book Review – The Hurricane by R.J. Prescott
The Hurricane
Enjoyable and sweet, and just a touch of angst. Good for an easier feeling romance read, especially if you’re looking for a bossy-pants alpha-male that becomes absolutely obsessed with that one special girl. ‘Cause you’ve found him!
And yes, it *did* have that feel… reminding me of some of our favorite bad boy fighter books (many of our fellow readers pointing to my absolute favorite book). I can see it…
Vicki: I started this last night, struggled to put it down, I’m really tired this morning and wish I didn’t have to work!!
