TINA NEEDS KINDLE-EMERGENCY HELP!!

And in case anyone else has similar Kindle issues, maybe this post will help, ’cause SO MANY came to the rescue!

She says:

“Help!!!! My kindle froze, and after a restart i cant get anything but the kindle logo?? I have googled and tried but no success..it does not open

Anyone?? Its a 7th gen. e-reader.”

Anyone know what she can do?

Colleen: Google how to do a hard reset.

Julie: My Kindle a couple months ago just shut down and would not come on. I got on Amazon and technician there called me on my phone and walked me through restarting it. Mine however was completely fried. (don’t know why) I would try contacting them and have them walk you through a recovery. read more

Oh here’s a different kind of reader question for you Kindle users. Since I use the app on my iPad, I was hoping someone here might know exactly how to help Brianna.

She asks:

Here’s one that I took to Facebook, and already have a couple of great answers for Misty, but in case anyone here wants to add to these suggestions, or suggest something else, we are all ears! 😀

Misty needs our help!! Since I mostly read on my iPad I thought my fellow readers (and Kindle users) could weigh in and help suggest one for her. She asks:

“Hi Maryse.

I was wondering if you might be able to recommend a Kindle for me? I want one that I can read in the bright sunlight, and that the matchmaker will play audio books on. … I have become a book junkie after finding your website. I never read anything but People magazine before that. LOL! Thank you!” read more
