Bad things is deliciously loaded in all of the good things (er… good “bad” things) 😉 that I love about books. So it was good? No. It was AWESOME!!!

OMG, you guys!!! Pheeeeewwww *fans self* This was pure “old-school” book-angst at it’s best! Steamy, sexy, jealousy, alpha-y and full-on hurty!

Old School? Yep! This story felt like one of my “old school” indie reads from about two years ago, when I first came upon all of the hidden indie-treasures, like Beautiful Disaster, Thoughtless, Rock Me, and Love Unscripted, just to name a few. read more

<— Yep! I believe THIS will be my next series read – and I mean NOW! I am soooooo in the mood for a bad boy angsty-heartache train wreck of a love story like this! And since book #3 was just released, I won’t even have to suffer the wait! YAY ME!! These recommendations have me convinced I will be torn apart and floating in a love fog, and that’s just what I need!

Helen: Maryse,You have to.You must! It’s heart breaking.Gut wrenching.Oh the agony! I just finished Rock Bottom(Tristan & Danika #2) & I’m just ahhhh… I have no words.It’s so so soooo good.Those two just kill me.You must read Bad Things first though.It felt like I waited forever for this book to come out.So worth the wait.It’s even better than the first one.Read it like today. The female lead was a teacher (elementary school, most likely) and there was a scene where a guy shows up outside the school and she calls the police because she has a restraining order on him.

The cop arrives but the bad guy is rich and the police man is a family friend so instead of the guy getting in trouble, the cop says that it’s the girl’s fault for getting too close to the guy. read more
