Following my heart, one book at a time...
OUR CREW WENT CRAZY for the few books in this series, and now book #6 is LIVE!! 😀
Sabrina: I binged the Boys of Tommen series and can’t wait for more books in the series. Then straight onto Crossbreed series and i just can’t get enough. No i need to decide what books to try next off the list
Loretta: Only at 3% and the tears are already starting.
Tasha: Oh, yes. I finished Binding 13 saying out loud, “WTF kind of ending is that?!” I need book 2 ASAP!
We’re having Royal fever these days!!! In real life (Harry!!!) and in book life, and Lindsee is trying to remember this one!
She asks:
Hey I’m hoping you can lend me a hand. There was a book that recently came out before Thanksgiving. It is a 3 book series.
It was something about Royals..a prince and a American maybe. I can’t remember the name for the life of me
Maryse: Of course what comes to mind for me is Sierra Simone’s “New Camelot” series, especially since the trilogy was just recently completed, but I have a feeling this isn’t the one she’s looking for.
Sarah wants book recommendations, and I can’t help but be excited by a list like this! This is exactly what I love, too!
She asks:
Sarah: So I just finished Cyanide by Ella Fields and all I can say is WOW!!!! That’s probably because I stayed up all night to finish it 🙂
But it got me thinking, I would love some suggestions of “other side of the tracks” romance books.
I immediately thought of Perfect Chemistry (A Perfect Chemistry Novel Book 1) by Simone Elkeles and the Crown of Lies (Truth and Lies Duet Book 1) by Pepper Winters but would most definitely appreciate other titles because I’m just not ready to let go of the angst that comes with these types of stories.
<— BAD-ASS (BAD GUY??!!) BIKER SERIES ALERT! AND WHOA!!! When book #3 came out it was already at #23 in all of Amazon Kindle. HOLY. MOLY. This must me some kind of biker series!!! OMG YES!! Guess what I just realized? This is about a teacher that has to teach a class in a prison. Okay… you know this is gonna be crazy. Tee hee!!! Unconventional romance for sure! Or is it dark romance? I love scary love stories. 😉
Lisa: “Hostage” by Jamie Begley, has just come out, that is a awesome series in case anyone is new to Jamie, both of these are great MC series.
Paper Princess: A Novel (The Royals Book 1)
<— 4.5 STARS for this one!!!
All of the angsty/bully/bad-boy/Cinderella-story/OH-NO-HE-DIDN’T moments an unconventional romance loving girl could ever hope for! Oh my my my, my friends… this was SO fun. In fact, “cliffhanger ending” or not, if book #2 was out right now, I’d already be reading it. And now looking over my favorite parts, and my notes, I pretty much highlighted the whole thing! LOL!!!
I mean it’s not out-of-your-mind crazy or totally shocking-forbidden (even though it does have a few forbidden-y touches for sure). It’s just… this is the kind of series that gives you all of the guilty-pleasure thrills and furious-feels. From the witty, feisty heroine, to the brooding and and downright bully-ish brothers that she’s now stuck with, you will be hooked right from the start, and you’ll want to read it straight through.
