Nancy: 2019 was a year of really good books to read. My favorite book of the entire year was WHERE THE CRAWDADS SING. My husband and I liked it so much that we gifted hardback copies to all our family and friends that are big into reading, too!
Grey: True 5 star reads for me…well, it seems I was a little easier to impress this year, because I had nine 5 star reads. Although, I guess it could be argued, that I just chose my books more wisely. Po-tay-toe, po-tah-toe.

R. Renee: “WARNING: I’m a masochist. My list is not for the faint of heart. I recommend a fully stocked wine rack, a blankie fort, and Manny.
I LOVE these books in no particular order. Except for the first one. It’s pretty solid at #1.

Grey: “I had a really great 2015 book wise and it was really stupid hard to narrow this down to my top 10 books, I just want you all to know… *side-eyes Goodreads for not helping me out at all here*. So in no particular order… let’s get started, shall we?”
This one blew our minds, with the twisty turny psych-thrillery plot line of craziness!!!! But what a killer cliffhanger. Even my mom begged me to get her an early copy of the next. LOL!!!

This one was different for me, because the second half REALLY kicked it into high gear. Slower beginning (albeit good), but at a certain point I could not put it down, and I felt EVERYTHING! I won’t say what, so you can be kicked in the gut (or tickled in the gut ;)) on your own, but just… wait for it. WAIT FOR IT!!!
SO WORTH IT!!!

The ending did have something that I wasn’t expecting (although I might have preferred an alternate ending) but so be it. Overall, it was a decent book to end the year with.
