Latest Paranormal & Contemporary Romance Book Releases – February 2nd 2016

Another exciting release day is upon us! And while I’m “taste-testing” a few reads right now so I can devour one after my great start to a reading year, there are a few here that are calling my name…

Like: He Will Be My Ruin by K.A. Tucker (I already love this author’s twisty-story telling, but this one is a psych-thriller that has me so intrigued! Her best friend kills herself, and she finds out there was a certain secret man in her life…), Every Ugly Word (Amy, my angst-loving book twin is freaking out over this one, and while it’s not a new release, I wanna read it NOW!!), Midnight Revenge (First, it’s Elle Kennedy so YES PLEASE!! And 2nd… he’s a mercenary that has two people to protect, one being his pregnant one-night stand… Tee hee!!!) and Blind Reality (I can’t help but love the sound of an “arranged marriage” between strangers and the intricacy of such a relationship, but that this one is for a reality show… and better yet, one of ’em is a famous actor? FUN FUN FUN!!!) :D!!!! read more

C. S. Pacat – The Captive Prince Trilogy Reading Order

M/M ROMANCE LOVERS ALERT!!! bev got some of our reading crew into this trilogy BIG time. And now a few of ’em are rocking back and forth in the corner just waiting for #3 to be released (by the way… it’s releasing at midnight). 😀 Tee hee!!!

I have a feeling some will be pulling all nighters. 😉 And I think these are M/M historical fantasy.

bev: When i read them they were Captive Prince Vol.1 & Captive Prince Vol. 2 by S.U. Pacat. Now it’s Captive Prince & Prince’s Gambit by C.S. Pacat. When I read them I think they were indie and now it looks like they are under Berkley. Price jump too. Ouch. A few blogs I read went crazy over them. I ended up reading them pretty much back to back in one sitting…. I’m going to re read the first 2 in Jan. They are pretty intricate and a bit dark. …They are so very very good ladies. Aleatha Romig – Infidelity Series Reading Order

I’m told MEGA-cliffhangers, sure… but my fellow readers don’t even care, ’cause I’m told it’s just TOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!! I gotta know more! 😀

Cristina: I just started the Infidelity series by Aleatha Romig. Not what I expected but in a good way. I’m 80% in and it’s one of those that’s start slow, but then gets so good you can’t put it down.

Grey: Betrayal….whoa, finished it. DAMN! Real slow to start, but then quick to end. But as usual, Aleatha Romig reels you in! Im not as gutted as I was during tbe Consequences series, but I feel it coming. Solid 4.5 stars from me. Excited to see what happens next. read more
