HAPPY MONDAY & HAPPY 4th of JULY EVE!! 💥 It’s time for today’s early birds and I’m finding them as we speak!

<— P.S. A NEW ONE BY VI KEELAND!!!

Lauren: Gorgeous cover model

Maryse: Agreeeeeeed!!!

THREE THINGS:

1.) I’m addicted to Homeland!!! Holy moly how have I never watched this show before? Oh yeah… I didn’t have Showtime and now I do. And YAY!! I have 8 seasons to indulge in (I’m already on season 2). IT IS AMAZING!!! INFURIATING & TENSE!!! It’s all the way from 2010, (and usually I’m “meh” about old shows but this one displays perfectly, excellent quality, and the actors are amazing (Clare Danes!!). It’s no different than as if it was created this year, I promise. Nothing dated about it at all. Watch it if you haven’t. 😀 read more

Jessica Sorensen – Guardian Academy Series Reading Order

July 1, 2023 By Maryse Leave a Comment

Much loved author amongst our crew back in our original indie days (we knew her for her new adult super-angsty romances) but she writes paranormal too! And this one was personally requested, and here it is!!!

Shannon: Have you read Jessica sorensons guardian academy series? I need a reading order?

I’m loving the story but holy cow after book 2 the story picks up in a completely different place and I know I’m obviously missing something! It probably bounced to another series for a little bit but I can’t find out which one!!! read more

Reader Question… Solved! The book about her best friend’s brother that won’t be with her, but she moves in with him above his bar…

Sheria needs our book help! Oh wow! This almost sounds like something by Aly Martinez… either way, I love the sound of it!

She asks:

I was wondering if you could help me find a book that I had a couple years ago. For the life of me I can’t remember the title.

It’s a romance novel about a woman who is in with her best friend’s brother. But he won’t be with her because the last time they were together (in secret) they were teenagers and his sisters goes missing.

Fast forward the woman loses her job and is forced to move in with him in his apartment above his bar. They start to get close again until… read more

Reader Question… Solved! The book where she loves him but he doesn’t care, and gives her to his father…

Jennifer needs our book help! Oh I’ve read this question before!! And I think we solved it. Now I need to backtrack and find it again. I did find this one (Reader Question – The book where her husband is the son of a politician and shares her with his father…) but I don’t think it’s the one. But maybe? I’ll keep looking. 🙂

This is the part that I remember from a past question: “...They are billionaires and have a crazy ritual before marrying into a family. Like stripping in front of the committee of the family...” read more
