Friday Finds & Reader Recommendations – 08-12-2022
HAPPY FRIDAY!! Guess what I’m doing? I’m building today’s list, and have a nice mix of recommendations and brand new releases so let’s see what we can come up with. Hopefully a ton of blurb jolts.
And while I gather up our book-thrills, I’m watching a thriller while I do it. I had to “rent” this one on Amazon as it’s still in theaters, and so far, so good. No regrets on paying for it yet. The main girl has a stalker… so, you know those FREAK. ME. OUT!!! It’s called “Watcher“. Not terrifying, horror movie wise (but if it was MY real life? I would be terrified!!). Certainly creepy and disconcerting (oops, I just hit a super scary moment) and she’s in another country where she doesn’t even speak the language, so she is already not comfortable. And now neither am I.
Forever Mine by Monica Burns is super-bargain priced today + we have warnings, an excerpt & it gave me a blurb jolt!!
So to celebrate, the author is today’s newsletter sponsor and she’s sent us a bunch of goodies to tempt us. 😉 I especially love the warnings!!! LOL!!
