HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!! I’m so excited it’s the weekend. I think my project this weekend will be to work on my landscaping and buy more plants!! YAY!! That’s my favorite. I’m all out of potting soil too, so I am going to get stocked up and dig my hands into the dirt.

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! I hope everyone has an amazing weekend!!! I will have a calm-cooking weekend again (after running a few errands on Saturday), with plenty of reading throughout.
In fact, I’ll be cooking one of Mony’s “three things” from Monday (Mony’s Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls) since I have two heads of cabbage in my fridge that I had no idea what to do with. It sounds SOOO YUMMY!!

Happy Friday & I hope everyone has a peaceful Memorial Day weekend. 😀 My weekend will be a very calm one (I’ll be in homebody mode) so I’ll be reading and cooking (and probably gardening) the entire time. Organizing my closet AND my blog too!! Oh boy do I need to organize. 😉 Maybe I’ll finally TikTok too. *eeeeeeep*
