Following my heart, one book at a time...
Sunday surprises are turning out to be a whole lotta fun, ’cause TWO highly anticipated books are (or have) gone live today! Like that one to the left that had a fellow blogger in a public panic screeching “what just happened!!!???” LOL!!!! You know that’s book-candy to me. I LOVE freaking out.
And!!!! Penelope Ward & V.I. Keeland’s latest “Playboy Pilot” (ebook version) will be going live likely today, ‘cause they just hit “publish” early. Oh and you KNOW I’m stalking it!!!

<— WEDNESDAY NEWS AND NEW RELEASE UPDATES!!!
Behind Closed Doors: The most emotional and intriguing psychological suspense thriller you can’t put down by B. A. Paris <– CURRENTLY READING AND I AM LOVING THIS BOOK, halfway through, and one of our buddy-reading-crew just finished and she’s KILLING ME!!! LOL! This is the second time I’ve heard this “right to the last line” thing. :D!!!Jean: “Maryse, Amy, Grey, R, and whoever else was reading Behind Closed Doors…..did ya finish? Just got done and that last line literally had a chill go through my entire body! I loved it!”
Rita: This is a fabulous book! TO THE VERY LAST SENTENCE!!!!
The Bronze Horseman (The Bronze Horseman Trilogy Book 1) by Paullina Simons <— OMG!!!!!!!! ONE OF MY FAVORITES! READ IT!!! SUPER-BARGAIN PRICED AND NOT TO BE MISSED!! Trust me PLEASE!!! MY REVIEW!
Confessed by Nicola Rendell <— LIVE!!! SHE CAUSES AN ACCIDENT WITH THE WRONG GUY ALERT! This one sounds like fun! “…when she runs a big, black pickup off the road, totaling it, she finds herself stuck in the middle of nowhere with the driver. He’s got a body to die for and a hair-trigger temper. Vince Russo looks like a felon, but he’s also pretty funny. He’s on the lam from the cops… and a psychopathic, Russian mob boss…“
THE TRAILER!!!!! FIFTY SHADES DARKER!!! <— *SQUEEEEE!!!!* P.S. This was my favorite book in the bunch, even though I loved the whole trilogy (I still had a favorite). 😉 Here’s my review in case you missed it:
Now back to yesterday’s regularly scheduled program 😉 :
YAY!! It’s complete, and it’s got tons to choose from (from sweet romance, bad boy romance, sports stars and psych-thrillers that keep us on our toes). It was so easy to choose a few that I’m dying to start right now, and I can’t wait to hear from you guys, which one of these you loved.
<— This title makes me blush!! And this book (Well Hung by Lauren Blakely) just released late yesterday afternoon and is already #6 on all of Amazon!
Linda: I. Cannot. Come. Up . With. One. Reason. Not. To. One. Clickety. Click!!! Lauren Blakely’s other reads have been absolutely fantastically fun and SEXY!!! Thanks sooooo much Maryse.
Angela: This was in my feed 5 times…… Guess I better get it!
Now I’m on the lookout for my next read. I’m still in the mood for nerve-wracking, but I want a love story too! What’s everyone reading right now? Or are you waiting for tomorrow’s big list?
