TUMMY TWISTER ALERT!! K.A. Linde is one of our “queens of romantic drama and angst” and this one seems to be affecting some of our fellow readers big time! And guess what?!! Book #3 will be out in just a few weeks. I posted it below.

Tessa: The heroine is the type of girl we all hate, but that’s on purpose. I’m liking it so far.

Lisa: Diamonds & Gold by KA Linde. Could not put any of these down!!

Tessa: Gold… *squeels* I seriously LOVED Diamonds, so Gold is a definite yes for me. I especially want to see her mind tick. Stuff in the first book really make me curious about book two. Diamond was a bit of a heart breaker. I felt so bad for her! read more

FORBIDDEN LOVE ALERT!!! Older married woman meets a younger man… or should I say teen? Seventeen, to be exact (hence multiple forbiddeny aspects in this one). In fact, it keeps making our lists! Like our Highly Recommended Risqué, Taboo and Forbidden Love Stories and our Younger Man, Older Woman Romance Book List AND… on so many of our reader favorites lists!

This one has turned so many inside-out and they just LOVE IT!!!

Since it’s Halloween month 😉 I thought, what better than to pull out an old favorite, that has something new for us! Look at the new series “Sookie Stackhouse/Trueblood” author, Charlaine Harris is working on! Sara highly recommends it!

Sara: I just finished Midnight Crossing by Charlaine Harris! I loved it and I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Amy: Is it really good? I am gun shy after how she ended the Sookie series. I had really invested emotionally myself into the series…they way she ended it just was a afterthought and thrown together. read more

Shanora Williams – Beware Series Reading Order

BEWARE!!!! This dark series (well… “duet” – and it’s complete!) will make you crazy with book-delight and total throw-your-ereader frustration (my fellow readers are losing their minds right now over it, in fact).

Jean: My friend is freaking it about Beware (Shanora Williams). Has anyone here read it?

Ela: That sounds not so bad Jean??? Looks like Tessa 5-star’d it….

Tessa: Beware is on sale by Shanora Williams. It’s soooo good, gut wrenching, dangerous and just great… A big recommendation from me. …I LOVED Beware. Serious adoration for that one. I need to read the second one, but that first book side swiped me big time. read more
